  1. Cool video. To improve this idea for use in a future video, you could grab a proper camera and film you doing the lines with the camera on a tripod and your Go-Pro on your lid and then edit it so the Go-Pro footage is inset into the proper camera footage in the corner of the vid. Dunno if that makes sense
  2. Thanks, put a lot of effort into the editing of this one, glad you liked it Definitely dude Just try your best to go on a day with NO wind or rain forecast because otherwise you will probably be really disappointed like I always am after travelling 2 hours, only to be greeted by wet slate, thick mud and 50mph+ winds
  3. Hi everyone, Went to Lee Quarry last week and took the camera along. The weather was terrible and so the camera didn't come out much, therefore I only managed to get a few very short clips of some okay lines Check it out here http://vimeo.com/37362222 Comments are much appreciated
  4. That last clip is one of the craziest moves I've ever seen HOW DID THAT HAPPEN SO FAST?
  5. It seems to have a different finish to the 2011 Lite, it seems to be lighter/shinier Probably just the new camera set up Tarty has though I would guess
  6. Huge talent in this dude, keep it up Euan
  7. Yeah I agree that it is too long, however at least now I think I can use the keyframe stuff for use in the future. I have been watching a couple of various super slow-mo videos and I think that what you said about 3-5 seconds is about right, time wise In the second video, it (for some reason) rendered about 20 odd watermarks which was just plain annoying.
  8. And so thats the reason he was selling the Hex Great video with some sick lines and a great edit from Mr. Maher
  9. Put a really quick one together as I think I have figured out how to do the speed ramps/ changes. Tried to follow everyones advice, check it out here: http://vimeo.com/36964419
  10. Wierdoku - Thanks for the advice, camera shoots at 50fps and I had the shutter speed set to 1/4000. I agree that it lasts too long, but I could figure out the ease in and out part. Oh and that video you linked is awesome Duncan - Yeah man thanks, totally agree with the uncluttered background, but I never remember to take the camera out with me on a ride As I just mentioned the camera records in 1080p at 50fps
  11. Haha, yeah cheers guys. I think that if I were to do a similar video again, then I would add some of the speed ramp to stop the slow mo from becoming boring! Glad you like it since it took me a while to figure out how it all works :$
  12. Hey guys, Wanted to have a quick play around with After Effects and Twixtor. This is the resulting video. Not meant to be anything super but I would appreciate some feedback. The video is kind of tedious when I was preloading but if anyone has any comments regarding my technique, I would be grateful http://vimeo.com/36921426
  13. When I was learning side hops with the pedal kick, I found it really difficult to come to terms with the upwards, rather than forwards motion. The thing that helped me get the move dialled was to first learn gaps to front wheel. Once I had gaps to front on lock, I started to face further away from the object I wanted to hop up, forcing the gap to front into a side hop move. This really helped me to understand the weight transfer, dunno if it will work for you but keep at it because once you do get it, nailing the big hops (100cm+) is a lot of fun
  14. I can't see 'em either, spec sounds really good though
  15. Just incase nobody has mentioned, It sounds like your brakes have been waterbled
  16. Nice one 320 is one of my favourite frames
  17. I am sure it looks great Just a shame we can't see it
  18. That has to be in my top 5 stocks I have ever seen
  19. First class edit with some big riding going down Can you tell me the name of the DnB song?
  20. Thank you! I have found the video now. I'd been looking for that for a while. Here it is for anyone interested:
  21. Hey guys, I Remember seeing a video on Tribalzine a little while back ( November 2011 ish) of a european dude riding what I seem to remember being a Monty mod. The video also had a Porsche 911 in it which I think belonged to the rider. If anyone could drop me a link that would be cool. Thanks in advance
  22. Sick I have been looking for one of those for ages!! May have to invest
  23. Great vid to watch. That Kabra looks like a blast The fade did get a little annoying but it didn't put down the overall video too much
  24. Looks awesome! The Lite 2011 will probably be my next frame (hopefully). Oh and the fisheye gives those photos a real gangster kind of look
