What shock do you have?

Depends what you are riding. Air shocks are generally better for rebound and other settings like pedal efficiency. You need to set your sag correctly to your weight then adjust your rebound to suit, personally I prefer a slightly lower than my recommended sag as I tend to ride over the bars a bit so that helps even out your weight with a harder fork. Coil shocks are a bit more responsive to your weight and what you are riding.

Just shove a pillow down your jeans. Bmx's have seats for pinching them with your knees for barspins, it wouldn't be very nice if you land a flat drop and smash your under carriage on the top tube or seat tube instead of a slightly padded seat.

I can't see Industrial Revolutions winning this the Silvia film appeals a lot more to the majority of Pinkbike and that edit was very good especially since they didn't do the whole thing in slow mo like all the other downhill edits.. I voted for the Silvia film they make some amazing edits and properly deserve more publicity.

Good video and nice riding but for some reason I cannot stand that first song in videos, it was a great song but then so many people used it in downhill edits and ruined it for me.

Found a little hip and a nice looking tree yesterday. Shoots for my photography higher project at school. I have to set up a tripod and compose the image but my mum takes the shot. Need a motion sensor.

I think the only cheating part is turning your hand round but they aren't hops yet. Its at 16-14 just now which is light, I like it (over short distances) it just feels pretty good on the back wheel on spins.
