    Onza Ice 2

Yeah the rockman rode soooo mint as well, too weak though especially as they had a really streety geo Oh really? didn't know that it's so unbattered considering
  5. I could do that is that all in one days riding? Or I could potentially stay with you for a night (if you don't mind of course), I'll buy my own food and stuff, just need a floor to sleep on. ah cool, we're staying right by the beach so was hoping for a few walls
  6. I run a holy roller and it's great for street.

    Onza Ice 2

Howdy boys and girls My rockman maladie cracked and snapped at the chainstay where I got it rewelded ( after that I had an Ice 2 that's been around a lot of people (euan beaden and lots of other waterlooville crew) that had several rewelds on it and a nasty paint job, I cracked that after a couple of weeks and one of the 4 bolt mounts stripped. Mr Sam kidney was able to offer me this frame for an awesome price and I would like to thank him muchly for that as it helped me out a BUNCH! Anywhere here are the pictures, spec below. 9. Those hooks where really cool And that gap over at 4:19 took me by surprise Changed my opinion on him a bit I'd say. It would of been really awkward if the lezyne factory and it was a huge sweatshop with loads of little kids working there
  10. Hey yallll Going on a mini family holiday to whitby next week, and taking my trialy bike as I had intention to stay in leeds and ride there, however I can't find anyone to put up with me for a bit. However was wondering if there was any riding to be done in whitby? and wondered if anyone lives there that could show me about? or are spots fairly obvious? It's also pretty close to middlesborough, which is where bradjohnson lives, is there good riding there? THANKS PALS
  11. It's mainly days where I'm trying to push my sidehops due to the awkward stretches and positions I throw myself into. You forgot you f**kin donut Yeah but you're f**kin nuts
  12. Oh god theres a tarty video somewhere explaning it
  13. You can take the cups off the main body off the bb and swap them over. Although I doubt it would make a difference
  14. Calling it training sounds way too serious, I'm a street rider so I can't see any way to increase intensity by only 10" per week. The tip with the electrolytes and static stretches will be useful though. What stretches would be best? What muscles are used most in trials? I assume arms and back muscles as my arms and back are very disproportionate to the rest of my body
  15. hmmm, will have to try these things. Thanks guys x
  16. you can swap the cups over though
  17. It will pull the chain closer to the frame but then his chainline would be terrible
  18. oh my god that's so weird
  19. A centered sprocket will make it worse?
  20. Been thinking lately, how is it people can manage to ride so many days in a row consistently? After a full days ride it f**king kills to do anything the next day because my muscles are always so achey, I've only just turned 17 so it's not like i'm some old geezer either. However I have been considering if it's due to the fact I never warm down after a ride, I literally just chuck my bike in the garage, have some food and go to bed. Perhaps if I do some exercises before bed or even before food, I would wake up feeling fresh still? What do you fellow forum-ers recommend? does anyone have any specific warm downs? is there a magic secret to riding multiple days in a row, do I have to take Golden Root? Cheers George x
  21. no way did you actually do that also http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ZIPP-CARBON-4MM-HEADSET-AHEAD-A-HEAD-STEM-SPACER-1-1-8-INCH-ROAD-MOUNTAIN-BIKE-/251278117449?pt=UK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&hash=item3a8157ca49
