i'll second that, frame wern't designed with huge travel in mind, ebay is best bet i would say, either that or look through chain reaction cycles at the pages of lesser known marzzochi models they have, good spec with decent prices just not as publicised as some others

those forks really are that big, not really meant for that bike, bet the trail holding ability is slightly off hehe, big hits are more suited to freeride than downhill racing, my mate got a demo 8 a while back, that's a nice bike, wouldn't mind that big hit myself, somthing a little smaller [and lighter!] on the front for me though Mark

i'll be starting my second year of mechanical & marine engineering in september, for the first year i was in the city center but i never rode, got out a few times but i just didnt fancy going out into liverpool on me tod at night riding, didnt know any other riders and all the rides that were on were at the weekend when i worked. this year i'm gonna be living in wavertree [bout 15 mins out from old place] so i doubt the riding will be any better, might not even bother taking the bike up with me this time, plus trials is dead in southport pretty much, it's shit cos i really love this sport but i rarely ride with other riders, meh, more riding, less whining Mark

my mate has some ribos and sez they're quite good, not seen him complain about them, myself i use shimano dx's without the spd sole, they're wider like skate shoes, me having weird wide feet found this good as the ribos and montys were slightly too narrow. the shimano dx's i got were 39.99 from leisure lakes

i fell off a motorbike about a week and a half ago, nowt serious but i cut my thumb up a fair bit, it was all swollen up but now that it's gone down i dont have the full range of movement i used to and when compared to my other thumb it looks like about half the movement range now, also it hurts down one side and at the joint when i try to force the thumb down, any advise, information would be most greatfull Mark
