if you fk up an external bearing cup youll replace the bb and its fine again.if you fk up the bearing seats of a pressfit bb the frame is for the bin. the whole pressfit shit is ust manufacturers lowering production costs.the 2 out of 50 bikes where it makes sense to go for it ( fat bikes,bmx,such things)dont justify it being THE new bb standard i think just my 2.363ct

4130 is 25crmo4,relatively high-alloy steel in comparison to carbon steel,which is basically low alloy steel we cant define exactly. adding other elements to the metal gives more tensile and yield strength,better weldability and 1000s of other properties. for your frame that means its less likely to get bent,cracked and stuff. and the same construction can be lighter,if you need just .6mm wall thickness of the main triangle instead of .9 it can make a difference of 200g to a frame
