  1. More like 50 to 1! I used to run 80 to 1 on my Sherco with ipone oil and that was perfect.
  2. Awesome riding there G! It would be cool to see a full brakeless video from you
  3. I have no idea what you're talking about. The bike comes with Hopes and he has put a pair of Saints on; understand?
  4. Good choice! Did you go for M810's or M820's? XT ice tech rotors; I've had both a 180 and 203 and the latter has performed better imo - the 180 was still great mind. I've always run standard pads and they've been fine for me, I think Luke and Mark were running EBC red pads, i can't remember if that's 100% right, but they thought they were great. Give them a message and check before buying though!
  5. Hebo, jitsie, xc ting or clice. Basically motorbike trials gloves are great in my opinion, they're thin enough so you get a great feel of the bike and still keep the chill off!
  6. I personally wouldn't touch Hopes again, always had problems it seemed! Having run saints the last couple of years I wouldn't get anything but for a street bike - and I'm pretty sure that's the same with the majority of street riders, which is why everyone runs them. Having ridden cockys bike with an mt2 on the rear I didn't like it as much as my saint, the lever felt ok but I think the 2 pot caliper lets them down on the bigger wheeled bikes as the hold wasn't quite there. It's ok comparing them to flipp but the difference in wheel size makes a hell of a difference. Cocky rated his, until he got a saint, so may be worth giving him a message for a better review. Get saints dude! Especially if you're considering spending £250 on some hopes!
  7. They already have taken off. It's now more like waiting for the huge dip they are going to have - which then, like you said, you will loose your money if that's how you like to invest go for it, I'd be running a mile.
  8. Although there may still be some small money to be made, but once the mass market starts investing that's when you don't. The real money has already been made by people that bought at the right time. It would be better spending your time researching and invest properly rather than following the crowds..
  9. *not England, somewhere warm and sunny where you can ride all year round in a t shirt and shorts.
  10. The saw worked better. Try an axe next time?
  11. Amazing. But like a few people have also said, Ali's riding has come along since this was filmed. So yeah, can't wait for the next one!
  12. Hmm.. Considering a lot of the parts on the bike aren't on the market, how do you know the individual weights for them to be able to work this out? I like the number of posts you pluck figures out of the air just to make a point about something.
  13. Put an advert on Spareroom. If it's a reasonable price you'll get someone.
  14. Now you're just making up figures to try and jusitify your argument! Please stop posting utter rubbish!
  15. Yes, but it all depends how effective those systems are. There will be thousands of companies relying on the owner(s) to keep the business running day to day.
  16. At a guess they will have built businesses based around systems. They are then able to remove themselves from the day to day running and let management do their jobs; which allows them to work the hours they choose.
  17. Correct. If they were to get 2% - which they won't - I'm sure you can work it out, on £100 this would be £2 a year or 0.00547....p per day.
  18. That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard in a long time! Haha
  19. Think again of you think they can get 2% interest!
  20. He's asking for opinions? I went from using the M810 to the M820 and I prefer the M810 the lever feel was a lot nicer. However I think the hold is better on the M820. I've run both a 180 and 203 xt ice tech rotor and they're both awesome. So maybe change to that rotor?
