Hope Pro 2 . and Hope steel trials - they say with 48engagements too. i just found it all on CRC, aint seen it all before myself! so am i informing people of a new product? are these new? they dont seem to all be in stock yet on crc! Anyone got any info on the Pro 2 hub? what sorta riding they aiming it at you think? freeridey? dh? anyway.... :P

im all in for this :- o nthe topic of "where do the photos be posted..." how about making a new topic soley for the photos, no writing apart from here is my action shot .... and here is my non action shot .. something like that? and on the suggestion of image size..... 640 pixels on the biggest size?? (bearing in mind some of us are on dialup!?) anyhoo im up for it!! deffo!! andy :( p.s. in terms of editing... all sounds good, but what about sequency shots?? e.g. 6 of the same rider in one photo? that allowed?

i started when i just turned 17, now a year and half on, i've suddenly hit this incredibally (SP!) quick progression period. Since i arrived at uni 2months ago my ability has shot up :D i recently got crankflips dialed on the back wheel, sometimes on the edge of drops :P , big concrete drops (8ftish), 180 bunnyhops, manuals for ever, and over bar height back wheels.... and rather large hooks. im impressing myself a loooot. And i think its all down to riding a good few hours everyday!! as zanneslover said, practise practise practise, and it pays off!!

woopsy forgot i posted this topic :P loadsa response guys!! cheers!! :D i still cant go past 2 squeeks, but im guessing practise will do do that. to make it harder i just put a disc on the front, which makes "feathering" the front brake a bit harder lol. And im learning on a trials bike with suspension! (so that practise front hops idea is out of the question! he he) :P no doubt it'll all be in the next video if i get it! cheers again and crankflips are fasionable!! :lol:

LOVING IT! good vid...... pretty darn good skills!! cool tune too :D only criticism i might add is theres a shakey camera in the odd bit. :P

a film canon eos 500 with a sigma lens.... on fuji 200 film ^_^ actually i enhanced the contrast slightly, im going through a phase of doing it to all my photos! but the colours are pretty much near perfect compared with the prints..... cheers for the comments and tips guys! <_<

hello as my bike broke just before yesterdays big uni ride... i nominated myself as ride photographer. And heres the results..... all taken with a film SLR people included.... mr prawny nick boy nichols_sam (sam) luis (the faomi refresher) not every picture has a HUGE move in, but i'd like to think them as good photography, theres some impressive, chilled, and funny stuff, hope you like!! :: ............. ............ all comments welcome.... hello... just been trying these squeeker things recently... but i can only get one or maybe 2 scuffs. Is there any simple tips you guys might have? im using my chocolate foot to scuff with too, is that right? or doesnt it matter? anyone know of a vid with lots of it all in? that i could watch and learn.... tar andy (Y)

hello I would say.... by the looks of your camera knowledge.... dont bother with a DLSR!!! have you used a film SLR? i would recomend buying oneof those wayyyy before the digitial stuff. that will teach you how to really use a camera manually. If you dont want to use the manual features of a camera. DONT bother wasting money on a fancy SLR. Just get a point and shoot thing with a sporty mode for the trials shots. Before u buy a DSLR, you've really got to do your own research, people on here will cast they're own opinion on choice, but it sounds like you haven't really looked into it yourself so far.... as a starter there are 2, maybe 3 most popular DigitalSLRs on the market at present. As i said, if you've used a filmSLR before u will probably have a prefernce to make, hence people prefering nikon over canon etc..... personally i like canon, but thats because i have used an awful loot of they're stuff in the past..... the 3 cameras..... NIKON D50 NIKON D70s CANON 350D all about 500 - 700 pounds, the 70 and 350d are in a tight competitive battle, at the end of the day will do the same job in terms of specification, and the D50 is a cheaper nikon one, probably the cheapest on the market. Before you buy a DSLR i think you need to understand the following terms.... megapixels shutterspeed aperture depth of field what filters do and what you want the camera to actually do, if you dont use it to its full potential its likely to be not worth buying! hope that helps..... all im really trying to say is dont throw your money away at something your not 100% sure about. Some people (like myself) work our arses off to save for such a piece of equipment, and know far too much about them, and get quite annoyed at people that buy them for "auto snaps" :ermm: if you see what i mean anyhoo im quite welcome to answer any queries camera related.... andy :$

giant giant giant...... :P I'm riding mine with suspension at the mo, and its great!! if you click the ling in my sig, theres an older pic of it, but i shall try and upload the current look of it asap..... i think if i were to replace it, i was thinking of a norco, but the avalability (sp!) is crap and they are a bit £££. B)

yeah i had that problem.... i used long nose pliers, that way both sides get pushed at the same time, and it doesnt spin..... :blink:

all done! i already had the derailier settup as themunn suggests, but i wanted to take the spring out.... pretty simple! worked it out myself, bascially take off the mech.... on the tread side theres a little clip that holds the washer on. take off the clip, and the washer type bit, take out the spring and put it all back as it was minuss the spring. sorry for the useless topic ... cheers guys anyway (Y) :P

hello.... i remember seeing a looong time ago a quick step - by - step quide to locking a rear mech with pictures and everything! I cant find it..... the search doesnt pick it up, and half the time the search say "search blocked" or somthing! so anyway..... anyone know where this guide is? or could explain in detail how to do it?? cheers andy
