isnt this kinda the same stuff as Hi8 energy drink + bars? well, if so, yeah i used those everyday in training and racing XC stuff. But i fail to see the point just for trials. Maybe for stamina generally, but i dont really see how its going to imporve your instant strength. Therefore, not much point.
They're aimed at endurance type mountainbiking, with no resting, so surely it wouldnt do you any good,( and cost a lot!) to drink/eat something your body wont be using properly. Out of experience, it doesnt change your existing effort, but more just prolongs it by supplying your body with a few more nutrients than eating yukky healhty food.
well anyway, i havent used it for trials, only XC/road, as i know for me personally i wouldnt see any difference in my riding.
