  1. 2:52 and 3:25 AWESOME!!
  2. All but this comment : i would much rather watch a video like this with the worlds best comp rider showcasing his skills then some person hoping about on a kerb but edited to holy f**k and playing with camera angles to make everything look big. I like all vids or at least I'm willing to watch and I understand that not everyone has the eye for shooting vids.
  3. I agree with all the comments so far. One would just expect a top level rider to showcase their riding a little better. Still awesomw and enjoyable to watch plus we get a dog sneeze at 1:38!
  4. Keep them coming, I like them. Like you I enjoy filming as well. I record myself on almost every ride. You never know when you're going to pull a sick move!! Plus it really helps you progress since you can evaluate yourself and make adjustments on the next ride. Here'sa quick one from Monday. Although not trials maybe some of you multi discipline riders will enjoy! http://youtu.be/5OeiwNoLjfI
  5. Very nice. Where was that filmed?
  6. Spot on! I thought the video was a great representation of the fun and fellowship riding can bring. I liked it. Plus I don't really care for the term "proper" for a video. Most of us only post videos because we want to share our love for riding with fellow riders, the ones that can appreciate the hard work and dedication. The only video I think should be "proper" would be a video you would use when trying to secure a sponsorship or set up demos. The great thing about sharing what we film is that WE as riders know what it's all about Lots of people ride bikes but only a small number really get it. There is a quote that sums it all up for me that came from a Pro road cyclist. - "Cycling is like church, many attend but few understand"-
  7. Some big moves in there, I liked it! I do agree with the sketchy comments on some of the moves. They looked unfinished and shaky but others were smooth. Look forward to future vids as his style tightens up
  8. Nice job! Nice slow-mo with that camera...smooth!
  9. I enjoyed it, then again I love watching just about anything (good or bad) to do with trials, BMX, mountain biking etc. I will say that I agree with JMCD comments 100%. For me the music and the random flatland riding made me feel like it I was having a weird dream where odd things are happening around me that are not relevant.

Just knocked the wind out of me. I'm was just glad I wasn't up on a 6 foot wall when it happened!

    Backslap!

Found this crash on my old 8mm tapes. http://youtu.be/nK_WMAK07KE
  12. Having roots in BMX definitely will help you out..keep at it
  13. My problem with this video as well as many others is the deep, personal, behind the scenes view of a riders life. I don't care for the behind scenes, up close and personal mumbo jumbo. Most of these types of vids seem to try and show you that the riders are just like you and me and that's boring. I like to believe they live the dream life I picture a pro would have. I don't want to know they work in a bike shop and live in a little apartment. Knowing too much takes away the hero status. I like to be inspired and motivated by the top riders demonstrated by their riding and use my imagination to fill in the gaps. Videos like this are not for the riders but for those who don't ride. They are for people who want to understand human behavior. It is not a riders video.
  14. Very nice, enjoyed it. You have a very mellow style. Fun to watch.
  15. Hans is not much older than myself. I learned a lot of trials moves from his vids back in the day.
  16. Trials has always been my first love and I try to incorporate trial type lines in the trails I ride here. Here is a short rock section I cut out on a local trail. Trials riding on a 35lb front suspension ride is a workout! http://youtu.be/381I4NbT9x0
