I personally would avoid the tensiles I've seen far too many snap for my liking.

I personally didn't have it for long but I sold the bike to a friend and he had it a few months and it worked perfect. To be honest it didn't even feel spongy it felt the same as the disc lever only not as wobbly. This was the 04 magura style lever though.

I did it with and old louise and it worked great. Used water aswell. I'm sure water wouldn't be any good in the long run but it worked fine.

Take the hub apart get some crazy adhesive like alderite or whatever glue the b*****d in and save up for a secondhand king. Thats my advice take it or leave it.

Unlucky mate. No matter how many driving lesssons you take or tests you pass nothing compares to "real" driving. Lets just hope some people on here will learn from your mistakes and it will save them a lot of bother. The only advice I can offer is grit your teeth and get on with it. Whats done is done.

I know the feeling mate. I've seen a few peoples deals go bad the last few weeks. I've had people saying they want stuff off me and not cough up the money. A few years ago when ever I sold anything if I'd seen the person posting a few times on the forum I'd just send what ever it was off before I got the payment. Now there's no chance I'd do that. There's a few names i've seen round for years like which i'd be happy to send stuff off before payment but a lot of them I don't trust. Its a shame really but I guess thats the price you pay for trials getting bigger. I've not rode properly for a few years now but I remember when I first started riding if I ever saw another trials rider I'd go up to them and say hello and ride with them but I've noticed a lot of riders just ignore you now. oh well their loss I've made a few good mates from just going over and saying hello to another rider.

What a video ha ha ha. Have you seen Revolution, Evolve and Contact? This was in my opinion the golden age of trials.
