  1. I'll measure my TNN backings.... I'm kinda undecided whether to get a new rim (and new spokes) or just use worn down pads from the rear...
  2. I've got the TNN backings with ADM black pads. What I thought is to switch the rear pads as soon as they have worn down enough and put them on the front. Edit: Where can I find these Phatpads backings?
  3. Trimmed the pads down. Are now at 3mm which kinda sucks.

Seriously? I've got the version with the seal though. I suppose it isn't working.

Because I bought it new off a forum.

Even though it's not ready to ride yet, I thought I might share it with you. Things I still have to fix: - trimm down the pads on the front brake (or use offset mounts) as the rim is too wide for these forks - Put Echo TR cranks on as they have more offset as the Try All and won't hit my Magura slaves - grind these rims - put some ptfe tape on the bleed bolt on the (new!!!) Racing Line Nano lever to stop it from leaking - fix the brake lever angle
  7. I know but be prepared to run it with a chain tensioner as 18:14 won't work without it (not using half-links).
  8. I'd have to trim them down to about 3 mm to have enough clearance. As it is now, the pads touch the rim being half worn and w/o having screwed in the lever reach screw. So those Tensile mounts aren't good enough?
  9. Cool... because I really like them Trialtech SL Rims on the front. Just hoping that these Tensile clamps don't deform being clamped off center by the bolts.
  10. How does the crank pass the rear slaves. Have the same setup and these cranks hit the slaves and I cannot put them in any further.
  11. One would think that a Trials specific fork works with a trial specific rim that is, surprise surprise, wider than a normal MTB rim. It doesn't say that it's only for 32mm rims in the description which it should! Would them TENSILE offset mounts work with these forks? Better than getting a different rim. With Aluminium washers it should work as well as with the washer less clamps I've got.
  12. Kinda pissed by this. My Try All Carbon forks are too narrow. I can't get my front rim to fit through the brake without at least taking away half the pad. Is that normal with these forks? By the way... the closed Racing Line Warning Thread... I just tried bleeding my new Nano lever and it's got the same issue. Poor quality on both parts.
  13. Dunno about that. Is it what Bonz say or has it been verified? Would you mind showing your 7.9kg bike?
  14. Just wondering. What does it weight in comparison to the Trialtech Sport light and its 760gr,?
  15. Same happened to my Tocco Lever twice. My two Racing Line levers haven't shown this problem yet. The third is to be tested next week.
  16. Well... it doesn't move freely. I would need 2mm the most.
  17. This is not an option I'm afraid. I'll see whether it fits better than the rubber queen. only need 2mm.
  18. Oh cool... I mentally prepared myself to re-bleed the brake already. Cheers.
  19. Hm.... I think (at least with a racing line body) you have to somehow hold the piston in place when swapping the lever blade or am I mistaken? Doesn't it pop out when taking off the lever and the TPA with it or is it that the "vacuum" keeps it where it is? What I'm wondering.. is the disc lever the same length as the Hope race lever blade?
  20. Kinda looks like the lever of the Brake Force One brake.
  21. Cool. Thanks for the Info. I just ordered two for my Racing Line levers. Will give an update as soon as they arrive.
  22. True that but ceteris paribus carbon ones last longer then.
  23. What about carbon ones like the Try All?
