  1. Less vibration = less bite, so not really making your brake better, may give better hold but that isnt gonna help if your taking off on a slope.
  2. Ive heard a hell of alot worse.
  3. Your opinion is wrong. Clearly.
  4. You get what you pay for, ive paid alot more than that for car tyres.
  5. Filming wasnt even bad. Decent riding
  6. Ive serviced 5 kings, probs about 3 times each over 7-8 years and never used a tool, always used an aluminium punch, never broken any internals except the none drive side bearing but you dont take that out to service the hub, i was changing hubshells.
  7. I was joking, most people on this forum seem to think if you hit the frame more than once then its no surprise that its cracked, I expect a frame to take a complete beating before snapping.
  8. Today, few of us riding!
  9. Yeah it has got 5 scratches on the downtube, its been hammered, no wonder its cracked.
  10. Your bars are upside down, makes your body position look so awkward, it pecks my head the way you stand over the bike with your weird arm position haha, decent riding though but I'd never put (massive riding) in the title EDIT: Agreed.
  11. I remember when this came out!
  12. I never pull my front brake, dont need it, even on skinny walls I dont use it.
  13. He cant reply because he isnt varified, he asked me to post this.
  14. Pretty sure thats a Magura in the video, so it isnt the same issue, you need a washer inbetween your vee and the mounts by the sounds.
  15. Streight? EDIT: and mesurments?
  16. Ah right okay, well whichever aslong as its bouncy and grips
  17. After a decent 24" tyre, I have a Maxxis High Roller 24" 2.5 dual ply but its 60a and not slow reezay so it is awful for grip and for bounce but will never get a puncture, I'm after a slow reezay 42a dual ply swamp thing or high roller and I cant find one anywhere, id even accept a 2nd hand one or a decent tyre which will withstand punctures but still be bouncy and grippy. Any suggestions?
  18. I take it you have none in stock? and that ill have to order from Aspire
  19. The bearing is shattered and now in the bin, cant find anything obvious on the internet about the size of it either.
  20. But does nobody actually know the bearing size? surely they arnt gonna be down to a micron of difference between a king bearing and any other japanese bearing you can find in most bearing manufacturers
  21. They're only 5 quid cheaper from Aspire, i'll just get them from Tarty if I cant get any for how much any other normal Japanese bearings are, which is like 15 quid
  22. So I've searched Google and the forum abit, I take it it isnt possible to get any cheaper bearings than the 50 quid ones for a Chris King rear classic/bmx hub, or can somebody let me know the size of the none drive side bearing on a classic 135mm spacing rear hub.
