  4. Martyn Ashton & Martin Hawes from the old tricks and stunts dvd
  5. 6 week school holidays for me why not! G It would be cool to meet you! Let me know when you plan on riding Hull
  6. Heatsink yellows are good nice bite, hold and loud noise to em! TNNs are good at the start but i found the ADMs lost the magic to em... LGMs are good especially smooth rim n tar! Am loving CNC Rockman Blues at the moment on the rear ! Rockman rim with a harsh as f*ck grind and Jitsie clamps... The brake is a 05 magura with a 4 finger lever
  7. awesome! Take it you are entering this years GetCreative with that tech style?
  8. It's new to me... will the same apply for RedTube?
  9. Gutted i missed out on TartyDays really enjoyed it last year despite the rain. This years looked bang on weather wise! Will be going Radfest though! Don't forget Adam as i mentioned a while ago on our park (Not to far from Blyton race track ) Its situated on a Motocross track in Scunthorpe. It has a massive field for camping! The owner has been brilliant and supportive with us since day 1 so can't complain on that! Building a trials park is a challenge but at the same time fun. A lot of time, effort and hard work goes into it. I know this myself along with many others. Thinkdougie was the man who got this started by contacting the owner to see if there was any spare land for us to practice. Heres a few pics not massive i know... But we enjoy it! I could imagine building a park for a weekend event but would be a pain... I remember the endless drives a few of us use to have driving around industrial estates trying to source additional obstacles... To say we have had it a year we have done very well! Also trying to source concrete pipes, rocks and logistics is a struggle hence why we haven't got any. Please note this park is on private land.
  10. When I had my 06 GU I ran a 130x15 (old echo stem) with trial tech sport risers. I'd say 130x25 would be the best
  11. Loved watching that! Some serious talent and power coming from Russia.
  12. Rockman and try-all hole rims seems to hold a grind pretty well. I have ran different pads and always ran a very harsh grind with them. (Metal cutting disc) One method that seems to work and majority of you might laugh but you can't knock it until you try it..... Violin wax.... It works amazing sometimes better than your average Joe set up.... All you do is apply a light amount and it isn't noticeable on the rim. Jigga and the hull boys introduced it to me I think Andrew Dickey and all the oz lads were the first to try it out. I've used it on a few occasions when my grind or rear brake has gone pants great temp solution and has never let me down. It was that good I thought the cousts were going to rip out the backings.
  13. I'd agree with Tarty Adam on the light grind that might get the hold back on the pads. You run carbon forks don't you? Cousts work amazing whether smooth or ground. I ran some LGMs the other year worn grind with tar and they worked amazing!
  14. It's a prototype Jitsie fork reinforcer. Bike looks sweet even felt stiff from having a pedal on it other weekend. Where's that riding spot??
  15. The previous one i had before blew within a few months so i got one replaced under warranty. The freewheels were the only decent thing they did, the rest of the stuff around that time wasn't the best of quality. Who knows it might of all changed and they upped their game.
  16. My current Echo SL is sounding n feeling real rough and i have a feeling it could be on its way out as i have owned it for 2 years. I daren't take it apart so i would prefer to replace it just to be safe. I have been looking at the Jitsie's on TartyBikes with the freewheel stating it has extra strong springs but there is no reviews on these? Anyone rate them to the SLs? Thanks
  17. It was a big turn out of a ride mate what was more amazing was how everyone on the ride teleported from Leeds city centre to Kieradan Trials Park!
  18. jitsie I got a set of these and prefer them over the TNNs in terms of adjustment and beefiness.
  19. He's a really good rider but I have found his videos within the last year have not been the same compared to X8, X9, x10, SL4 etc. Interesting to know what camera he was using and how many FPS it was as some of the clips looked nice and smooth.
  20. Me and my good lady will be at this! Early bird tickets purchased... Boom !
  21. Killed it! Was a good ride yesterday nice to see you and glad your back on a bike! I was concerned that there would not be anything big enough for you at the park but you still managed to find big lines!
