  1. I'm still waiting for Odyssey JCPC's. The pedal is held together by the bolts that then become the pins, so I would imagine they're almost impossible to lose. Also they're just on bushings, not bearings, so they're apparently stronger.
  2. Lip doesn't hurt, but I can't speak for tongue piercing cos I've never had it done. Then again 2 hours constant tattooing on my chest didn't really hurt too bad, so maybe I've got a good pain threshold.
  3. Are you retarded? Take the rim in one hand, hub in the other, put a spoke through the left hand flange, thread it into a left hand hole on the rim. Carry on from there, and you'll soon have a built wheel. It really isn't hard. Left hand flange to left hand holes, right hand flange to right hand holes. Tada. If you need to go to the hole to the right of the valve, then do it, just means you'll end up building from the right hand flange first, not the left.
  4. This thread is bullshit.
  5. They're completely different things. It's like saying "house or car", they're both useful but in different ways.
  6. Twitter has an RSS feed though, so it's probably easier to post stuff on there as you don't have to write an article, just a title and the link.
  7. I never patch tubes, always just replace them, it's not worth the hassle.
  8. How old is the chain? Could be the guy before you had a new chain and it wasn't stretched as much, or he had an old chain and it was stretched more.
  9. I tend to use the rotor arms as a guide for where I need to bend it. If it's rubbing that badly you should probably get the mounts faced on the forks if they aren't already, and if it's rubbing on the outside pad you can always shim it, however if it's rubbing on both then just work slowly with a spanner, you'll never get it perfectly straight though but you can do a pretty good job.
  10. Why does no one care about Callum
  11. Well then why post? Surely it's simple to just look at your bike and see that it's f**ked, rather than post on here?
  12. Just bought dead space and gears 2
  13. I'll be around, but not at the race. I agree Mat, rather be slim then a heff.
  14. Check your tyre for thorns, glass, or rips. Check your rim for burrs, spokes poking through the rim tape, etc. check the rim tape to make sure it's in one piece and just generally make sure that everything is how it should be. Worst comes to worse pump the tyre up a bit and it should make things better.
  15. I weigh 61kg at the mo, I managed to get up to 64kg but since me and my gf broke up I've been finding it harder to keep my weight on, so yeah I'm 6'1" and 9.5 stone, so I only weigh 135lbs.
  16. Yeah well I actually find it really fucking hard to put on weight so I tend to get pretty shitty when people brand other people as "skinny". I once had an ex girlfriend claim me and my whole family were anorexic, just because we're all slim, that was a lovely conversation. Needless to say the next day we broke up.
  17. Seriously, fuck you. Some people can't help being skinny alright. I'd rather have skinny legs than be a fat monging dinosaur.
  18. A mate of mine is about 6'4" and IMO rides mod better than he rides his stock I',m 6'1" and ride a short XTP, so don't worry about the size of your bike Nice pics though, keep it up.
  19. Hopefully sell the frame for £100 to me.
  20. Errrm... maybe £125 if you're lucky. Those tyres are really good though
  21. Trials uses muscles that aren't used regularly by other sports, so it will take a while for you to get used to that, but just keep at it, don't be disheartened, once you get the basics down your personal bests will just keep improving and you'll gain loads of confidence in no time.
  22. Short answer, no. Long answer, do you really think a £60 camera from Toys R Ass is gonna be any good?
