  1. That's wrong. People download music for themselves only, not to sell. That's still illegal.

    Hd?

    Apparently the PS3 is going to be £425. No thanks. At least not until it drops in price substantially. Also I would want to wait to see which will "win" out of Blu-Ray and HD-DVD. It's just like Betamax vs VHS all over again. Woop.
  3. Azureus sucks, slows everything down to the max. I'm sure utorrent is pretty cool, but I've just been using the standard client from bittorrent.com and it works fine for me. Works great for all those torrents of trials videos and linux distro's. I have no idea what it's like for downloading illegal stuff though

    But Ashley Cole and Sol Campbell were both allowed to play, they're going to train with England now or something. Walcott didn't go because Arsenal didn't want/need him (for whatever reason). Arsenal played well, but you can't expect to win with only 10 people against Barcelona, who are probably better side. Before Lehmann got sent off, Arsenal were doing really well. But c'est la vie as most of Arsenal would say On another note: Ashley Cole was f**king ace, can't wait for the World Cup with him. Sol Campbell looked pretty handy too.
  5. I'm not really a fan (at all), but Everlong is f**king cool Ali - Yes I believe he popped up in QOTSA at one point.
  6. Also just line the pixels up a bit. I usually do these sequence photos with one picture as the "base" if you like. Then add the other pictures on top as new layers, but cut out everything apart from the rider. Then put the new layer (with just the rider in) in the best position, and you should be able to get rid of most of the pixel shifting. Then go around with the eraser/smudge/clone/blur to get rid of any bits that don't quite match up. Then repeat for the next layer etc. Rather than having 3 separate photos in thirds if you see what I mean? I hope that made sense. I really like the top one, because it's not just the same old thing of one move in sequence which you see a lot of (E.g. the second and third ones). Good work, you have to look pretty hard to see the errors

    Illegal Drugs;

    Diabetes has 2 types, yes, but both have high blood sugar. And if you are using insulin you can get hypoglycaemic (low blood sugar). Hypoglycaemia can be easily sorted by eating a bit of glucose or anything sugary, there's no need to roll up. Cannabis just makes you hungry. It acts on the brain to make you want sugary and fatty foods. I think the TV was wrong in this case. Having said all that, apparently smoking weed can help diabetes in the long run by lowering blood sugar levels, if you can avoid eating when you get the munchies
  11. Oh right. Last time I watched one some guy was pulling those semi-invert things and passing them off as 360ºs, but things move so fast in MX...
  12. Also it's not exactly difficult to spray a frame. He's not the first person to do it... And someone was blatantly going to do a pink one sooner or later

    Imovie Help

    File > Share > Quicktime > Expert Settings And there's plenty of stuff to muck around with on there. H264, MP4, wmv (I think you might need the flip4mac thing for that), take your pick
  14. Are you on wireless? And when you say the internet stops working etc, does the icon at in the system tray (bottom right) change at all? Or is it just page errors and MSN? Try using Limewire less.
  15. That was really cool. Liked that a lot. Not really sure why, but it looked like a good ride

    Illegal Drugs;

    That's still not a good thing. Some people will have a pre-disposition to lung cancer, and smoking gives them the full blown cancer. If they didn't smoke, they wouldn't get cancer.
  17. Any ideas how he does that penny in a bottle thing?

    Illegal Drugs;

    Some girl at university, very intelligent, had her whole life ahead of her etc. And she took a pill for the first time and died from it. Although she actually died from water intoxication. Oh, and it wasn't actually her first pill, either. That was a media myth. There's more HERE, anyway. EDIT: Dammit, Tom

    Illegal Drugs;

    It depends where you go - If you go to some "proper" dance clubs (rather than just shitty bars playing R'n'B which I hate so much ) then it'll be more like 90% for sure. And week in week out those people are all fine, maybe a bit dehydrated the next day. The dangers of pills is way too hyped up if you ask me. When I was younger (12 ish) and that story about Leah Betts came out, I thought "drugs" were the stupidest thing ever, and that I would never ever get involved. But now I've had more experience and I'm not so naïve, I realise that the stuff I was told then is complete bollocks. It's crap that the powers that be don't trust the population to make decisions based upon the truth. Oh well.

    Illegal Drugs;

    This will sound quite pathetic, but it's not what I think. At least not at the moment. There are way too many people with very conservative views on this subject for my vote to count. And I've not even said that's what I think anyway. I think the fewer people using heroin, the better really. I can't see your plan having a positive effect on the situation. I don't know the statistics or whatever, but I've heard of quite a lot of people having psychotic episodes with weed, at a very young age. Compared to no-one my age having any ill-effects of alcohol. Perhaps it's just that people my age haven't developed alcohol-associated problems yet, but I think alcohol is probably less dangerous than marijuana. Also, schitzophrenia has got to be the most unpleasant illness you could possibly get. I think they're both dangerous and I'm not a particular fan of either of them. However I suppose in terms of intoxicated people causing harm to other people, alcohol is the clear winner.
  21. With all that rotating weight acting as a gyroscope basically, 360s on motorbikes are really hard. I don't know if anyone has ever done a true 360. But recently people having been trying off axis flips, which are sort of half way between a flip and a 360. They're called a misty flip in snowboarding or skiing, or a rodeo or something. Not sure what they are in bikes though. Whatever they are, they look pretty damn cool

    Illegal Drugs;

    I would be much more interested in better access to clean needles/equipment. Apparently a decent propertion of heroin users use water out of the toilet boil to inject. It's nice and private in the cubicle you see. And that is f**king horrible. There's literally bits of crap that get injected straight into people's veins. I can hardly see "free heroin for junkies" being a vote-winner though. Much easier to forget about all these people. And there is the obvious thing that if you make heroin cheaper and more accessible, you will encourage more people to take it up. Now I know you argue that it's not a terribly bad thing, but I personally wouldn't like to see more heroin addicts about. I just don't think there is an easy answer... Argh, don't tell me that! I have enough trouble with my chocolate addiction, never mind something that is actually highly physiologically addictive!
  23. Yeah, although he blatantly ended up swapping the £5 note for a £20, in effect paying £15 anyway. So I wouldn't really call it blagging his way in
  24. Is there really any difference between the mostacciole, penne, rigatoni and ziti? No.
