    Top Gear

    How?

    Cracked Koxx

With or without qualifications? Some people need to realise that there is far more to life than riding your bike. No point f**king your whole future up just because your bike broke. Finish school and get a job over the summer, durrrr.

    Half Link

Well no, because you can fine-tune the length of the chain much better. Instead of taking two bits out of the chain (a male and a female bit), but can just take out one bit which is both male and female
  4. Keep quiet and no-one gets hurt :D

Yeah, leave school to get a new bike, that's an amazing idea
  6. Hum. Might go with Adam on this one then... But let me know how you get on fletch  Maybe stripping and relacing is faster for you, but you are well-schooled in this art.
  7. Yeah that is what I thought, I just wondered if it was too fiddly to even think about. So cheers.
  8. Yeah, I would guess mobo. Check all the connections and make sure it's not shorting out on the case or something silly like that. Apart from that I dunno. eDIT: Ok haha. What did you do?
  9. All d500s are tri band. Some are quad band. Only makes a difference if you are going abroad (out of europe), as all networks in Britain use the same band. If you get an O2 contract, the phone is unlocked
  10. Try it with just CPU, 1 stick of RAM, GFX (No HDD, no DVD etc)
  11. I don't understand that, unless you're exaggerating loads. I get maybe 50kbps on a 3Mb connection. Ok, not as fast as 'shack, but it works. But this site sounds like a good idea. 20Mb is easily enough for a 2 minute video.
  12. Nah, the sound of bashguards hitting brick is never nice. It means you've f**ked up  However, the sound of downtube on wall is fine...
  13. But you can get a 3220 on Orange for £80 (might be less now), and unlock it for free (someone will be able to help). And yeah, Joe if you want an O2 sim, catch me on MSN
  14. That is the best thing I've read today
  15. Haha, I have no idea if it's a clever thing to try, 'cos I don't build wheels. But I would have thought that would be the way to it. Good luck for the maths exam
  16. That's what I'm worried about. Thank you :)
  17. Hit the star nut further into the forks... And when you cut the forks down, make sure you know EXACTLY what you're doing. Measure twice, cut once. You do not want to cut it too short!
  18. Yeah, but on car insurance, you could crash your car into a bus full of trainee lawyers or something and kill them all, causing millions in damages. Or crash your shitty fiesta into a Ferrari showroom or something, which would also cost a fair bit. £60 to lose a phone is stupid.
  19. No. Blatently not. The shops goes for the hard sell cos they get shit loads of commission for it. But really £5/month = £60 over a year. And the most it could cost if you lose your phone is about £200 to buy a new one. So £60 to protect something worth £200 is a complete rip off. Think of it in terms of car insurance, you'd never get away with charging 1/3 of the possible payout on an insurance premium.
  20. That sucks. Cheers though for everything you've done this far. I just hope you can find a buyer. Tom buy it buy it buy it!

    Top Gear

Except he bats for the other team these days. Don't think he can do both Top Gear and 5th Gear.
  22. I wouldn't get a Motorola though. Not unless you're a fashion fag  They are a bit crap (I had a v600). Nokia every time I reckon (not smart phone though), or I had a Samsung d500 briefly. It seemed nice too. To be honest, I really like my 3220. Not an expensive phone, but it's got a colour screen, and does everything I need it to do (I.e talk to people and text them). It's small too... I say: Get the best phone you can (for free), sell it on eBay and then use some of the leftover money to get a 3220 :-

    Mp3 Players

I think the 1st gen iPods came in 10Gb and 15Gb varieties. Maybe try and get one of them second hand?
