DO NOT DO IT! doesn't work just makes the pads stick to the rim! and an arse to get off! and hard to get of the pads, if your rims clean the pads will STILL stick and not get off the rim!

I got that problem also. The lever pulls almost to the bars, which isn't good (for me) I've had the rim since January and i have a few lil dents and its slightly flat spotted but dnt really bother the brakes. As for grinds, well i i put one on the other day, It looks good, but i cnt test it as my hubs fecked! Get one there ace! and for that price...............

I've got a 118mm in my 04 (i think) control and theres about a 1cm gap from the chainstay and bashring, I think the pure and the control have the same back end so it should fit ok. Just try and see!

Iv got a lil problem with my Hope Mono rear hub. Well it doesn't click anymore! and i took the wheel off and spun the wheel and there a sort of rubbing noise coming from the inside. Should I send it back? or just take it apart and see what the problem is? Can anyone help??? Cheers Matt <_<
