I've just been for a quick play in the back garden on the bike, I closed my eyes and had ago at getting up a set of three steps. I lost my balance before even getting my front wheel on the first step.

I entered the SH! design awards last month and got short-listed to the final 12. Few weeks back I went for an interview at Brahm in Leeds to show my work to the judgers. Exhibition and results night is at the end of this week. I wanted to display something better than just ink on papers, heres what I came up with. Vinyl stickers Sneaker vinyl on A1 foam board. Type vinyl on perspex. Something different.

Working on this at the moment. A young Sheffield street wear brand.

All done at Uni, everythings in. End of year show next month. A selection of images of bits from verious projects. Im enjoying type at the moment. Self promotional and experimental stuff... Paste street art project. Ill have a site online some time soon. More laceup stuff. My first typeface. Needs alot of time spending on it. Once it's done, you can all have a copy to use however you want. If you want it that is. Also got some Selectbikes stuff to follow.

The face used for the Laceup, 'sneaker head' brief is Nevis. It only comes in the one weight, or it did the last time when I found it. Im sure there will be another font kicking around somewere thats about the same, and, with more weight options.

Never been a fan of the zoo frames have you Ali. I like the Linx, reminds me of my first 04 I had. Shame about the geo, but it seems thats the length 20 boys are after these days. This about frames looking the same, I dont see the problem, as long as the geo is right and it rides well, alls good, aint it? Bmx frames for example, all look more or less the same, its only the geo and the paint work that makes them different from each other. Simple frame designs, afew different geos, does the job if you ask me.

99.8% as good as the last one. I want to see a whip over a gap, forwards. A whip off a rail and a backflip drop. Infact, wheel swap a rail then whip off it.

Much better than the last video, mainly because it wasn’t just the spin and flick stuff. Itnow has a much larger link towards trials! Be nice to see how Danny can take the whip further and incorporate it into trials even more. Maybe something along the lines of gapping to a rail and rather than just dropping off the rail, whipping off it. The hard bit next, making the next videos better.
