I had a load of e-mails from you and I have payed you about a month ago Tom, through a bank transfare as I usually do, so maybe you need to keep a check on your accounts, I tried e-mailing back but none of my e-mails are sending out, and it's been the same for ages, the server is just being horrible to me, i.e: 2 out of 10 e-mails are getting throguh :@ grrrrr. Yes it would help you gap further, the problem you are probably having is it's likely your gear is too heavy for you on a 20" (your quote small aren't you?) and because it's too heavy you can't get the fast power down and more of a flick, if you put longer cranks on the gear will feel a little easier, so it should help a lot. If your gear was right for you, this mainly apllyes to people on stocks and you use longer cranks, you would not notice any difference. I think that makes sense. Phil.

The whole point in "txt" talk is to make sms messages easier to write, and to get more words in the amount of letters you can use. This isn't the case on the computer and the forum, and having a big keyboard infront of you doesn't exactly give much of an excuse.
