Her friend has clearly hit the nail on the head in my opinion. Saying you like her won't make her like you. Cheers for replies, i phoned a mate of mine who's a bit of a mechanic and he said smack the drum with a rubber mallet as something might be sticking so i gave it a good twatting with a lump hammer and that sorted it.....until i put the handbrake on again when it restuck. Im assuming a spring has gone or the cable is sticking inside somewhere?

Aloha! Yea i pulled up my handbrake on my 1995 ford escort last night too far, now when i release it i can still feel it rubbing slightly which results in when i drive, it'll be wearing it out and it stinks from the friction. Does anybody know a quick way to sort this out as i need to drive about 40 miles today Cheers!

So you left your car there?! Alocate youself time to do certain things and prioritise things. Also maybe try going to bed earlier so you wake up earlier so have more of the day and feel less tired which makes things seem like more effort?!

It's quite interesting seeing your views after just doing an A-level about this sorta thing. Langauge and its meanings change. Fact Some people like it, others don't. Swearing is 'acceptable' from youths to youths, and obviously even between slightly older people, but when you get to the next generation, they're dead set against it. It's language developing, like new words are formed. They get more widely used and accepted in society. Even so, when i hear very young kids swearing it doesnt sound good at all. The likelyhood is either their parents don't care or they do it to be cool. I never considered swearing until i was in secondary school where it became 'normal'.

My mate has the 05, although im not sure whether its the long or short but he can really beast it on street stuff, such as taps and sidehops as well as gaps but it also rides well on natural. I've got the 06 short (cos im short ) and ive found that it just sits on the backwheel really nicely but doesnt allow you to get much preload when doing gaps. (unless its the way i do it...)

Theres so many of these topics but i love them Ive always been pretty lucky, just getting the odd scratch or something which im quite happy about but im sure it means there's going to be something big coming up soon! My sister had a crash once, just riding down a hill, not doing trials, and planted straight into the bonnet of a stationary car at about 20 odd miles an hour with no helmet. The mess of her and the scars makes me always wear a helmet now
