    Snapped

your chain is on your bike in the pic
  2. you could take some from a better angle (side on) to show the frame.
  3. I live in Trowbridge and went to college in bath and always fancied riding there. It's a pretty city I'm sure there is loads of riding spots. I would definitely bring your bike with you. I'd be up for meeting you there and finding some spots. I bet the uni grounds are good
  4. I just bled my Echo TR brake with water and anti-freeze mix and it is leaking from the bleed screw on the slave. I'm going to try a copper washer and see if it sorts it. but it doesn't seem to be leaking from the lever piston but could be because i can't put any pressure through it yet...
  5. Same... that happens a lot on here I CBA with f/book
  6. My dad showed me this team's website after he saw them at a local show he went to... IMO they look good but failrly similar to a lot of other cycle stunt shows, e.g. jumping up and off frames and boxes and a van, and a part where they drop the front wheel out and still ride. I certainly couldn't do half the tricks they do but its nothing that hasn't been done before. probably more impressive for non trials riders.
  7. I had this problem on my grip clamps as it was recessed into the clamp I couldn't get a saw or file on the allen head so used a small one of these screw removers http://toolmonger.com/2008/06/12/broken-screws-unscrewed/ but it was slipping and made a mess of the clamp. The EZ-out type that tap a reverse thread into the rounded off bolt do a better job but take longer cos you have to drill a pilot hole.

    Headtube Facing

I made my own version of this; http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Park-Tool-RT2-Head-Cup-Remover-1-1-4-and-1-1-2-inch_11284.htm I used a length of steel tube (old pair of handle bars would probably do) and cut 4 slits about 6-8 inches deep and just spread them apart till they were too big to fit in the head-tube, then I squeezed it to get it in the headtube and onto the lip of the cup.
  9. Briliant I'll give it a go... definately going to try the old spoke trick too. Thanks for the help
  10. This is Genius! Out of interest does everyone use the magura hose clamps?(£8) Only I was thinking of drilling a hole through a peice of wood about the same size as the maggie hose clamps, then sawing it in half down the drill hole... or just sanding a grove into 2 peices of wood. Obviously it will need to be around the same dia. as the hose to prevent it sliping in the clamp or damaging the hose. Advice please....

    Akrigg's Latest Vid

My bad... I Seem to be having issues with the search function on here.
  12. Here is a link to Akrigg's latest vid its bloody amazin, really well filmed and edited... Apologies if this is already on here somewhere, I did search before posting. https://www.surface-clothing.com/cms/cms.jsp?menu_id=16872&category=CLSU-WJJCK
  13. I made a video about 4 - 5 years ago and can't find it... I remember uploading it on a foreign hosting site, think it was German and began with K but may be wrong Does anyone remember what is was and if it is still around? I may have linked it on here but can't find it. Mike Edit* Found It, It was Eengoedidee.nl....and my old video was embarrassingly poor
  14. could it be that your frame is flexing?... what booster do you have? My new Zona Frame flexes way more than my old Koxx one even with the booster
  15. I read this topic a little while ago but came across this when looking for a new helmet... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RED-BULL-F1-BMX-MTB-DIRT-JUMP-SKATE-HELMET-WHITE-LARGE-59-61CM-/280909633659?pt=UK_Cycling_Clothing&hash=item416784d87b#ht_1069wt_1189
  16. Just booked a Track-Day for 3 weeks time at Castle Combe on my 2001 Kawasaki ZX9R... It better not bloody rain!!! I had a restricted 600 Diversion that I de-restricted, it was just a case of removing the restricting plates from between the inlet manifolds and the block, I had a crash on that and insurance didn't check my bike, but I've heard of insurance companies not paying out due to oversized tires so I guess it depends on the insurance company and the value of the claim.
  17. Hi I recently bought a Koxx XTP off here with full try-all spec and cracked the frame. I'm thinking of getting a brand new Zona Zip frame... are there any parts that won't swap straight over? e.g. does it need a different head set, or rear hub etc or are all the sizes on both frames standard? Thanks.
  18. Just getting back into trials after a few years out and none of my mates ride. Anyone near the Trowbridge area?
  19. what a shame! how tragic, its hard to really believe. what was the actual Cause of Death? could have been anyone really. SHITE!
  20. yeah it only burns when it is really hot, or compressed. just use water with a hint of anti-freeze
  21. i'm at college now, had a year out after my GCSE's, you kinda need at least c's to get onto most half decent college courses, they're so easy i didn't really try cos i thought i was going to fail anyway. all my teachers hated me and basically told me that i wouldn't pass so i just went along with it. in the end i got 4 B's and 5 C's nothing to worry about, you can only do your best, its not worth worrying about, i got drunk the night before one of my exams.
  22. you could probably get a couple of mail order brides for that. you can get them to do anything you like, and at the end of the day you can have your way with them both. if that fails. get someone to buy you a load of beers and get some mates into a feild somewhere and get absolutley wasted, its the weather to get drunk and sleep in feilds too. have a good one mate! probably not the best place to ask what to get for your birthday. try the birthday forum EDIT BY TOMTURD: Posting adult material = 1 warning point = suspended for 1 day.

    Sports

stamp collecting, train spotting, snooker, pool, fishing, they all improve your stamina (cardio vascular) bmxing is a good one i started on bmx, its a lot faster than trials, but i did flatland on my bmx (well i tried) which is brilliant for balance. and its not really that popular so even when your just starting, loads of people think your amazing.
