Yup, same thing happened to me. Very light blue and gold to solid blue and black.

You see a white dress, but others see it as blue. So it's not obvious and that's "what to get". Promise you it's not. I've been trying to force myself to see it as white but can't do it.

Meh, I'm going to leave the one I have up there. It's the one we were arguing about at work so the illusion still works. So about 33% of the people see this as white, while the rest see blue. As far as what I've researched it's our brain adjusting for white balance. And that can change as has appeared to have happened to you Mike. This adjustment appears to be different for some people. Some people will see this as a white and gold dress, some blue and black. For me, when I first saw this image, it was a very light blue and gold. However when I looked at it again later, it was very clearly black and blue. I though I was looking at a darkened picture but it was the same one.

I don't think you'd forget. You have to beat N. Oxide on all the tracks and get all the platinum relics... which means every time box per track whilst doing it at break neck speed. It took me over a month playing every single day to get those last few tracks down.

Have you ever tried to beat this game 100%? It's an experience and very f**king difficult.

Actually now that I've reread the rules the issue becomes a non-issue. I didn't realize that you can switch to and from the different rules as you go. So blue gate, red gate then blue gate would mean you'd be riding BIU, UCI then BIU? That's pretty cool.

Wow missed this entire topic. It's been a long time coming. Over the years there's been a buildup of complaints about strategic dabs so it's really nice to see an alternative like this. So the picture in the original post, does that show everything available or is there more areas (not saying that isn't enough just wasn't clear to me)? My only one criticism is the whole BIU/UCI rules. One thing I never liked when we had comps out here is that the easier categories would be BIU and the harder categories would be UCI, as you've done here. My issue with that has always been that it makes the leap from (in your case) blue to red much bigger. It maybe would be nice to allow the riders to ride how they want though any of the gates by possibly having bonuses for no pedals / bash touching though a gate. Or maybe just having different scorecards for people who want to ride BIU and a different one for people who want to ride UCI. As a metal basher it would suck to be scoping out the red gates, but being put off by the fact that I'd had to keep it all rubber.

Crazy how we're just hearing about this now almost 3 years down the road. Clearly some of the best parts and bikes innovated by this guy and like CLS said allowed people to go big without snapping frames in two.

Thing is, with my availability, this is literally the highest I can go within the company, and I'm pretty lucky to be where I'm at because the position didn't even exist until the start of last year.

A few weeks ago I got a significant raise (13%) . This is really only down to minimum wage going up, I was not at minimum wage but I threatened to quit because it de-vauled my wage by so much. I got more of a % raise than the min wagers which is nice, as most people who are working there who were already above minimum wage got a few pennies extra an hour if that. So I'm happy about that, and means I can allow myself to stick around and hope the same will happen next August when minimum wage goes up a whopping 12.5%. But on the other side it probably means I can just stick with this job for the next couple of years at this pretty competitive wage, which is a little saddening because it doesn't motivate me to do any better. The wage on top of the perfect amount of hours, the right time of day for me to work (evenings), the responsibility of being (for 5 hours a week, 10 if an assistant manager is vacation or sick) in completely charge of a massive store, and my experience means I feel very unlikely that I'll be persuaded by anything else to leave. I dunno how I feel about this really. Any advice?

I work 20 ft from our doors 5 evenings a week and it's not uncommon for the temperature to be around -15c to -25c by that time of night. I don't even taken any extra precautions. If 6c ever came along I'd probably be sweating.
