Who is it in the first three pictures with the yellow bike and a cap on??? That tap looks well old and is massive. I want to say it looks like kenny belay, but I dont know who it is?
I hate to say it but were old. When those films came out we were young and just starting to learn cool stuff and for me anyway it was the first time seeing alot of the stuff. Also stuff like evolve was properly made and was at a time when trials was becoming a bit more popular. Now were all seasoned and know everything it is rare to see a vid that shows you something you havent seen before. EDIT: partz above makes the same point as me but from his perspective
Im going by tartys geo which says ashton 1060, 380 chainstays and 72 headangle. EDIT: from ashtonbikes.com Spec: Chainstay length: 380mm (Centre B/B to rear axle) Wheelbase: 1065mm Bottom Bracket height: 20mm Rise Head tube angle: 72 degrees Colour: Red
I think you will find saxo's are the shit. Stupid boys on bikes Especially bllue ones, 5 door, back seats down fits a couple of bikes in easy, plus mine has injection. But in all honesty I dont really care for cars that much.
When I went to portugal I rented a planet x one from a local shop. If your going to be traveling alot with your bike then I think a good bag will be worth it. But if its only going to be this time on a plane then you can try and rent one or get a cheap one and pack it well as james said. The planet x one I used was really good. Dont know where to get one from, but at least it wont crack
Yeah I grind at 90 or close to 90 degrees. I have grinded my rim before and its made the brake worse, you have to just try out what works best with the way you do it. Im really quick with mine and once the rim is on the floor only takes me 2 minutes. I try not to go over the same part to often. You will feel immidiatly if it is a good grind or not with your fingers. I find a stone cutting disc crap, and try using a fresh disc.
DMR V12 all day long. Had my ones year and a half at least. The bearings are slowly dieing now, but you can easily get hold of dmr replacements. I have lost only one pin in this time. My ones are the magnesium ones, but as far as Im aware that is only the body so doesnt affect anything but the price and weight.
