  1. The HS11 brake had a plastic lever body though, and a different cross section on the lever blade. Mechanically speaking, the longer blades will enhance braking power. If the extra power will lead to a bigger flex increase than actual power increase, they will be a failure. However, I'm pretty sure Magura has done its homework for this one. Also, they recommend it for trials, as you may see in the picture I previously posted. I will definitely be getting one of these longer lever blades. A bit of extra sponge is no problem, if it's too bad I'll just put a booster on.
  2. we did because mads is danish. danish and swedish are quite similar, but not enough to fully understand each other. english just made it a bit easier...
  3. i'm so getting one of those blades.
  4. formed a new band with a mate and a bassist friend of his. it's really interesting. also, may be swapping my k custom medium ride for an A sweet ride instead.. i thought i'd like the K more but i want something washier. loved the darkness of the K but unfortunately it wasn't washy and crashable enough for me. it's nice, as it's not too clangy/pingy either, it's very subtle.. i hope the swap with the Sweet ride goes through; i think it'd work better for me.
  5. bit of an a custom fan? about dw/ocdp/any american "custom" company; you'll hardly get your money's worth. Sure, dw have their own shells, but they used to have Keller shells, which (as you may know) most of the american "custom" companies use, like ocdp, pork pie, etc. Keller shells are not very expensive, you're just paying for the name. They do sound REALLY good though, so don't be put of. I'm just weird about drums. saw a dw collector's kit at a local drum shop few weeks ago, in red sparkle wrap. looked fine until i saw the seam on the wrap; it was SHOCKING. nice setup you've got though! VERY good choice on getting great cymbals before a good kit. it's all good with good heads and a bit of tuning.
  6. local shop here had a brand new zero on the wall when i last saw.. i could pop down and check price/if it's still there. goes for leon aswell..
  7. classic picture. any more dece pics from the camera?
  8. AND WHERE IS THE CLIP OF YOUR GIRLFRIEND THROWING UP AT 9PM MADS?
  9. osx is a foam-padded linux. it's great. my macbook has been good to me since i bought it in late august 2006. it's a bit slower now than it first was, due to me filling the hdd with shite. i have had no problems with any of my other things like external hdd, cameras, midi interfaces or anything. i miss windows for some things that i used frequently before, but generally speaking, i'm happy. the batch of macbooks which mine came from has a hdd prone to failing, so i might get it replaced in a bit, but it's been fine so far...
  10. I only look a little tipsy on that clip. DECE video. DECE song. good to see i only did one trials thing in the whole video. LOVING IT.
  11. you missed the most dece part of europe!
  12. i have this problem with a michelin mountain xtrem tyre on a front onza hog. it's really, really loose. unless it's bang on centre it'll come off.
  13. tune is by tv on the radio, called staring at the sun if anyone wonders.
  14. it's e05 then. can't say i remember much from the 3rd series, even though i watched it only like two weeks ago. first two were better, also the dvd is brilliant.
  15. sarcasm doesn't work well in written form, even with a smily face. i was having a laugh. i am well aware of that there are less videos of vinco on the internet.
  16. it is great. is there a s03e06? not seen it yet if there is one.
  17. marc vinco not as known as the other euro riders?!?!?!?! kids today....
  18. But the internals will wear out faster, and your springs are much more likely to snap.
  19. i uploaded the kosio one with the azn on the full susser.
  20. kings are awesome hubs. soooo many people have used them and still use them for trials with no problems. i had some issues with my hub, internals were a bit shoddy so i got them replaced FOR FREE, no questions. it's been perfect since then, skipped a few times, but those were only tiny skips when i was coasting along pedalling VERY lightly; this is where most kings skip. sure, spokes pull out of kings and some skip all over the place, but they're still pretty damn awesome hubs. i hear a lot of problems with pro2 springs snapping, hubshells cracking and stuff, so it's not like they're perfect either. i'm a king man myself, but i'd like to try a pro2 to see what they're like...
  21. i am not quite sure. might tag along with peter bäckgren and mads p. and see what happens. i will bring absinthe...
  22. rocket trials frame sprayed red ridden by drew? good to see some vintage riders. enjoyed it lots, as always.
