When I used to ride freeride I spent a lot of weekends in devon an miltonkeynes. I clocked up 30000 miles on my car in one year. No problem living on my own . But now i have a mortgage I can't travel like that anymore. But if some of us pull together and car share some of the comps there's no problem. And yeah we really do need more local clubs so there can be more comps we can attend

drill small holes at each end of the crack and have someone weld the crack, then run a seat post which goes a long way into the frame. this crack is common if someone uses a frame that is too small for them. i think a repair should be ok jaf bikes do frame repairs and will advise you better

if there heavy and expencive then they should be strong. thats how i look at it. cheap and light then snappy

singapore isnt a bad thing, shimano parts are made in malaysia which is practicaly the same country, its more expencive to produce parts in singapore than malaysia or china. i would happily back parts from singapore as being just as good as parts from taiwan. really the cost to you and how many are sold worldwide reflects the quality more than the place its made thou.

Braided hose is used on dh bikes to cool the brakes. The regular hoses are rated to much much more pressure than bike brakes operate at.

Fit regular hope hoses those braided ones are heavy. What tyres are fitted. I use a schwalbe now joe folding front its got good grip and light. The small block 8 is lighter but less grippy.

The closer the stem is to the top of the headset bearings the less stress there will be in the steerer tube. Loads of stackers like that is sure to cause a lot of leaverage and stress on the steerer tube. But there may possibly be some truth in having some spacers to allow some flex to reduce high stress points. But I don't really know just guessing

Everyone on here has a bike that is illegal to use on the public highway. PEDAL REFLECTORS are a legal requirement for all bikes and unicycles. All the bikes I took pics of have no pedal reflectors so I am dammed to a heafty jail term oh no

So he could ride on the buzyest road here at night a pitch black 60mph road with just reflectors is he jokeing.
