  4. i started in 1999 back then it took me about 3-4 months before i got into lurching the bike on the back wheel. i quickly got the hang of getting onto walls and doing sideways drop offs. i rode trials till 2001 by then i could 180 drop off. lurch onto a wall 2' high from standing start and land on the back wheel. i could geto onto wals around 4' high and get a dh bike onto a 2'5" box. since i rode northshore, dirt, skate parks, xc, downhill ect... startred up trials again 3 months ago, got back into it pretty quickly and learned way more in 3 months than i did in 3 years before. i thnik if you have ridden before, the skills you have got from bmx or dh street riding will help you get better quicker, if you didnt ride much before then you are learning from scratch and it will take time. i would recomend doing some dirt jumps or skate park jumps thought it will improve your confidence loads on the trials bike
  5. the old mono levers were the worst levers of all time imo. the race levers are completly different in feel
  6. i have set of the new trialzone brakes. a few bit i have noticed on them, the lever blade is slightly longer than the race lever the caliper is avalable in post mount, i have managed to get both brakes to run without any rubbing at all. i find the braking power great they have never once creeped while i ride. i havent used the tech lever on a trial brake yet. although we have tech levers on x2 brakes and race levers on x2 brakes on xc bikes we use as test bikes. and i find the race levers feel much smoother as they have less contact points and pivoty bits to create friction. and are a really nice lever imo. again if any one wants to try out the trialzone brakes on my bike please feel free to ask me at blackpool or if you catch me out on the bike anywhere.

  12. i think a trials park a little like the northshore and freeride parks you get like south west extreme would pick the sport up a lot as you could hold weekend jams, with camping and shows ect.. it may even be worth anyone local to the freeride parks approching them with the idea of including some trials parts to the parks to hold these sort of events.
  13. i still think there is a market for stitching in the tubeless kit to tubless tires like road tubs

    Carbon Fibre

small cracks and chips. not full failures of the weave. complete failure of the weave will need at least wraping of some sort even then i would not recomend trying to fix or repair carbon that has snapped.

    Carbon Fibre

good answer. i will say i like this tread so far i am learning something out of it at least. a good way of repairing carbon also is to mix the dust from cutting and filing carbon to resin and using it as a filler onto cracks and chips. just like cement.
  21. i 2nd that u need to buy one of these before the cheap freewheel kills you tensile 60 click you will need a 19" mod rear wheel for a onza t pro. the rear wheel spacing is 116mm it will also need a 12t cog fitted. or just buy these my mate is selling they are perfect for you. onza blade wheelset £65

so what tons per square meter does an autoclave work at? i really dont know the figures. i just know that it makes a vacum. i am just saying i dont belive air pressure can be stronger than pysical pressure coming from an set of 4 pistons acting on a smaller area than a pump acting on a large chamber.
  23. my meals consist of fresh cook home made meals from, fresh foods, the only non fresh food is things like pizza or frozen fish ect... at work i will eat multi grain bread with soup or brown pannis with fresh mushrooms, pastrami and ham. should i add anything on there?
