when you say "get fit", i assume maybe you mean loosing fat, as opposed to just stamina? ive probs got pretty shit stanima, but im fairly built/slim, and this is PURELY from just building up ur muscles in the gym if you build up ur muscles you become a LOT less efficient, and just day-to-day living uses a lot more energy and burns off a lot more fat. I never do CV, but after a few months of not doing weights once a week i start to put fat back on do u mean a powerball? i used to be a powerballer, it's fun/challenging, but doesnt do that much for ur body other than increase grip strength maybe buy some argos weights to use at home?
