    Video 7

Echoing what he said. A good way to practice this would be to have a try at taking off from 2 wheels. Means you really have to crank it up to get any height. Surprisingly (and I don't mean that in a nasty way) good video.
  2. You're probably joking anyway but... the graphics are laser-etched. A longer name would mean less weight as more material is removed.
  3. You would love my missus then. We do it loads now, it makes excellent foreplay Really gets her going too hehe Works *very* well but you gotta be careful not to frustrate them, they don't like that haha

    Oooo Nooo

Yeah I can see what you mean now. Q/R axles FTL.

If you mean the jagged bitey toothed thingy on the end of your axle don't worry about it. Mine broke off a long time ago and it's been fine. Happens alot when Kings are used for trials.
  6. As noone's replied I'll be the first to say - take it to a shop who know what they're doing.
  7. Any idea on the exact quarter time? He span the shit out of the wheels when he went from 3rd gear but that's on shitty suburb roads (you can see the car twisting sideways). If he's running slicks which he probably is as it's in America it would be very raceable on the strip. Big twin turbo cars like these weigh fecking shitloads too, all the extra equipment needed in a turbo car is very very heavy so that helps with traction. Street drag cars here in the UK have to run treaded tyres as our laws are different, making our recent 1/4 mile performances very impressive Veyron would be easy meat for this in a straight line. You can get LED models too, but they're just as bright. The shift light is very important in a race, you need to hit that shifter at the right time to stay in the powerband. Yep, yellow light is shift light and red light is oil pressure warning. Red light comes on if the pressure drops to around 30psi or below. If you see that red light it's a race to turn everything off as fast as possible!!!! It's even more important with a turbo car due to the immense pressures in the rest of the system. Street legal drag racing in this country is starting to turn out a few big twin turbo V8s, so far the 7s have been broken a couple of times but noone's consistent enough yet. Traction's a big problem when running treads with so much power. The engines are painfully expensive though, hence my dad still running on the ol' N2O (8.17@172 still )
  8. This is just a theory here but... I reckon Hope have tried to compete with the weight of a King too much and have ended up with a shell that's not *quite* strong enough. Unlucky anyhow, should all be sorted for free knowing Hope's top notch service.
  9. He's right, I was there in person (on the right in the red t-shirt). He warned it beforehand but it didnt listen so he had to teach it a lesson.
  10. My Ronnie was pretty good for me, it had a couple of flat spots but I'm a bit of a heffar when it comes to gapping. But I only ground it once over 6 months before switching to V!Z (fecking awesome).
  11. T-Rex spec 2 is an excellent choice. I love my 'rex, only thing is it's a total tank and as such, weighs as much as one.
  12. My girlfriend thinks it's completely pointless, very silly and far too expensive. She finds it hard to understand really, especially since I mashed my face falling off haha Despite all this she is very very very appreciative ( ) of the body benefits.
  13. System of a Down - Old school hollywood If you had checked the video thread properly you wouldn't have needed to make this topic though.
  14. Big difference between trusting a rim and trusting a hub. Far less at risk with a rim breakage.
  15. I imagine it's somewhat sponsor dependant?
  16. Put a massive rotor on the XT and it should be minter. I've got them front and rear on my FR bike with the front on a 203mm rotor, can gap to front with it and it's never gunna slip. Dunno how good the Louise is though.
  17. Trials-UK is just about the only thing Dan is reliable with so I'm confused as to why you've had problems with him. I live a few minutes away from him so obviously I'm a mate and perhaps a bit biased, but for a full-time (when he turns up to VI form) student I think he does a superb job. I don't think anyone would guess he's still in education with the service he provides. As for the frame (a bit more on topic...) it sounds to me as if he's had a problem with the supplier so it's not directly his fault. Obviously it's his responsibility but it can't be helped if a supplier lets him down. The suppliers might have been saying the same thing when he was telling you you'd have it by the end of the week. Anyway, you've got your money back now it's just a shame your time was wasted. If Dan could have done anything to help the situation I'm sure he would have done it.
  18. Weird, mine's 17th December as well You're exactly a year younger than me, just a lot better haha Video was mint, taps to front wheel were cool. How long you been riding now?
  19. Nothing. Although they might loan me money if I ever get round to learning and buy a car. Pisses me off the way some people get *everything* sorted for them, ah well.
  20. The colour scheme on that bike is perfect. Top job.
  21. I'm going on Saturday, looking at Mech Eng. Really want to like this Uni as then I might end up going to the same one as my missus who wants to do some teaching thing. Aston was pretty good though and I'm yet to see UoB...

Yanks can have assualt rifles if they're purchased for "hunting purposes". AK-47 vs Grizzly Bear
  23. Like old_boy_rider says Magura UK should be able to get hold of a replacement. Just contact a magura dealer and they should be able to sort it sharpish. If it's still under warranty you might even be able to get it for free.
