It's good but the spots are quite far apart. There's quite a few local riders so you could say the scene is pretty healthy there. County hall was very good but now it's apparently impossible to ride due to security changes.

Please remember those of you going up to AS-levels you'll need to actually put in quite a bit of effort. GCSEs for me were quite easy and I got all Bs and an A in physics (favourite subject ) with the bare minimum in revision (could've got As all round but I'm a lazy f**ker). Now I'm in VI form, doing maths(so so hard), physics, chemistry and economics, I'm having to work much harder. I've ended up with Ds and a B in the subject I'm dropping (economics). But luckily I got some good grades in earlier exams/coursework so after a couple of retakes I'll be back up to Cs/Bs all round. I'll be working like a slave for the first 3/4 months though... So when you go back after this mahoooooooooosive break, work to a decent standard and it'll pay 10x over. Don't take free periods for granted!

You can get aftermarket swingarms and seatstays that allow you to run 26" rear wheels. Although they're probably quite hard to get hold of nowadays.

You probably need an ISIS axle specific BB tool which accomadates for the wider/longer BB axle and still reaches the interface. Tartybikes probably sell one?

Who Waynio? Pretty sure he was "worthy" of testing it? So either he was talking extra extra extra bullshit when talking raving about his hub or he geniunely didn't have any problems with the prototypes. Talking of which, where is he? Don't know, but my grandad owns an MOT station and I used to be an assistant for many many weekends and we were always replacing number plate lights. They are a compulsory requirement of the MOT test. Never seen any light up bolts for number plates but no I doubt they are even if they fully light it up with white light.

Quick question - If I carry on with all 3 of my D grade subjects to A2 - physics, chemistry and maths, it's gunna make it harder for me to get a good mark at A2 right (ideally need BBC...)? However, will Unis take AS marks into consideration so much when deciding wether to offer me a place before I get A2 results?

Doubtful, I can't find it anywhere on the site and results are confidential so wouldn't be posted up publicly. I think I'm ok with AS Physics, Chemistry and Economics, should be Bs and As but I *really* need at least a D in Maths, which I suck balls at, so I can carry it on to a C at A level and bust into mechanical engineering at Manchester/wherever DAMN YOU MATHS!

Ouch, that would really hurt my feelings if a girlfriend did that to me But yeah, sounds like she's a bit unsure about her relationship. Just sit it out and see what happens, if she breaks up with him get in there. I can't see them staying together long after you two have done that, guilt is a very powerful emotion.

I had a 110mm Echo stem and it was nice but too long to move around the "cockpit" easily. Changed to 100mm and it was lovely jubbly.
