    Problem Page!

give it a few years... but no seriously do what they said - that's definitely nonce territory and you dont even want to think about what happens to nonces in prison
  2. this way is totally non-destructive. make a hue/saturation adjustment layer set it to work on reds set the hue to whatever colour you like paint out the bits you dont want the colour changed on in the adjustment layer's layer mask voila - 30 seconds. oh sorry - didnt see the cs3 bit. I'd have used that instead for the screenshots. same stuff applies
  3. that is seriously the best bit of advice you could get and it doesn't really require much explanation. as soon as you think some bad stuff just do something to distract yourself. oh. it's not low self esteem, it's paranoia - low self esteem is what makes you have sex with ugly girls.
  4. sorry - I just couldn't let that go. you're right though. tf has almost turned him into a useful member of society
  5. the size thing was easily sorted by the appropriate sized tophat washer in the end. what's pissing me off now is that you can't actually fit a chain on it cos the guard's too close to the teeth (neither the shadow or the loophole will sit properly without rubbing - even with chainline taken completely out of the equation), that I have to run a massive spacer outside the sprocket cos otherwise the guard crashes into the crank arm and that two of the teeth are chewed up already (I've had to file them down ) despite not ever doing a sprocket stall on it. in all - bag of shite. Mankind looks good, it'd have to be the tolerance cos i need 25t - I'm kind of taken by the KHE too, looks pretty beefy.
  6. pissflaps now close the thread
  7. I take it you don't want a pair of full fat pitchforks and pinky's old broken shadow seat? which sprocket shall I replace my odyssey POS with ?
  8. the depends which way you look at it
  9. you could just roll - I reckon I could roll back from work pretty quickly as there's a slight incline
  10. The problem is that I mostly grind on the drive side so I'm pretty well screwed for a hubguard. The coalition ones have a reputation for folding up and destroying your spokes after about 5 minutes so I'll probably give them a miss. I've thought about a gland on the back but I'm not convinced it'll protect the bits that are getting hit which is the flangey bit that surrounds the bearings. I think that'd poke out of the big hole in the middle According to the internet I could mod an fbm guard to run on the driveside but I don't really have the tools so it'd be a last resort cruiser again was it?
  11. joeMaher can't get onto the forum. he's really upset and I'm having to feed him titbits over msn. he's on virgin I think.
  12. i miss boobs. Teddy gets all the boob these days
  13. Just under 400 yards. If there wasn't a bend in the road I'd be able to see my house from work.
  14. ah. a subject close to my heart... up that to £3000000 and you're talking, big name games are 2 year projects involving teams of over 50 people - plus the marketing department. The only reason they don't cost £70 is that they pay the artists and testers peanuts. Like the man says -a trials game simple isn't commercially viable. however - if there's a capable programmer or two out there who feels like havin a go I'm happy to do the graphics end cos I need something to bulk up my showreel on account of me being sick of my job
  15. 35 quid is a bag of weed and enough fags, rizlas and snickers to finish it off - is it really worth the half ounce you'll save running them?
  16. just tell em you're really horny and ask if they'll talk you off. it gets rid of double glazing salesmen, no reason why it wouldn't work on a phone salesman
  17. hub/sprocket guards ? I was inspecting my geisha for wobbly bits and noticed that it's getting a bit of grind damage on the hubshell (and presumably the sprocket) - I guess it's cos the dropouts on the colony are really really small. what are my options for a hub&sprocket guard these days? - I think I'd rather it were plastic than metal and that would be a 9 tooth driver
  18. pah! elementary ***!!!11elevenone1!eleven!! actually - on that bike it does look a bit wrong for some reason.
  19. I once got laughed at for not having a seat. It made me sad. I've also sprained all my wrists and ankles several times - that's probably the most common semi-serious injury for trials riders. You'll get used to identifying and treating sprains yourself pretty quickly. just a quick thing to nobody in particular before offering helpful advice on validation run through this list and see if you the requirements ... 1. are you validated? 2. are you validated? 3. are you validated? if the answer to any of the above is no, you're in no position to offer validation advice
  20. this little b*****d is 13 - it makes me aaaangry highlights include 540 tap with a barspin, no-foot can-can and a thoroughly man-sized transfer
  21. I can't really tell when I'm pedalling cos my gayass shadow chain has taken it upon itself to make stupid noises all the time. I think it's just when I'm coasting. I'll disassemble, regrease, reassemble and hope it goes away . won't be long till im allowed out for the day I dont think - we'll see.
  22. it's probably a wethepeople - they do rancid paint jobs on their completes somebody (mark) answer my geisha question from the last page before I start dismantling things
