Hi there is a chance of this happening, but i cant see it going far. it will be very expensive to set up and very expensive to sell.so not many people will have them.I am unsure but I heard that carbon fibre can sort off splinter with impact. but dont take my word on this.Also correct me if I am wrong, I am intrested.

The reason for rims becoming more weak is,people want lighter bikes so all companys are trying to shed weight of the products,its nothing to do with the material,it will be the fact that everything is getting thinner(lighter),this causes problemswith some people who ride rough or 'going big'.

what u want to do is get an old tyre, cut it up to a decent size,then cable tie it round your frame.sorted.you can even do it on your chainstays.

if you have some old magura bolts cut them to size and they will fit.

It can be done, you may need to get some bolts to go into the holes next to the horizontal dropout to allow the cam to grip onto something, but you may already have the bolts in there. abe

If i were you i would consider buying a second hand echo or Gu or Zoo!.all very trust worthy bikes or try the new t-bird out link

providing you have the correct tool, most shops will just do it as a favour anyway.My shop does anyway.If you need a new bb then buy one from the shop they might do it all for you. edit. i seem to remeber that bb's are reverse thread ie turn anti clockwise try it out abe

are you sure its the wheel if it is only rubbing on your pads? when ever i press my brake it never goes to wherever they first started.try this.hold the left brake pad firmly with your finger and pull the lever hard let the lever go then take your finger off, then spin your wheel if it still rubs it is your wheel . abe.

Hello I had someone do my gu for me black gu and one someone has done from the gu website gu I did some modifications to it

It was very very good, the only problem with the video is the quality of the camera used but this doesn't really matter. keep up the good work.

I also ride a GU and I find that you learn to balance the bash with the left crank,therefore having the same effect as a bash plate. I find that once you have learnt how to do this it doesnt matter wether you have a bash or a bash ring. Abe
