Silly Scotland... I could do with one more little'un in my car - preferably with a small bike with wheels that come off easily or none at all so I can avoid using a rack! Edit; There still seem to be people with a fair few spaces in their cars - could people please post up who's car they're planning on going in so I can get an idea of how many extra/unecessary seats are available. If it works out, we may be able to eliminate the need for a driver or two and save a bit on petrol for everyone!

Oh it's on dude, don't you worry. Just need to get money from everywhere I can and sort it out - need to keep aside the money for this, plus try and pay off tuition fees in the next 2 weeks before leaving if possible (of which I have about half the money I need, including rinsing an overdraft to the max...) By moving the mount further off the frame, you will get a similar result to moving the mount up the stay. May not be so pronounced but should help at least a little. Otherwise you're into filing mounts or custom fabrication
