  1. That was pimpin' Stan + lines = excellent vid dude, nice one
  2. I'd say that it seems to cover a slightly smaller range than that. "Street" in a trials sense (think Ashtons etc) seem to hit a maximum of around 73 degrees, whereas more "trialsy" trials frames appear to be 71-72 or so To be honest though, the majority of people wouldn't notice a 0.5 degree difference with most of their riding, and it's another of those things that you can get used to relatively easily
  3. Stiff as hell, feels solid, mine was awesome... ...for 2 months Thinking it was a dodgy one though, I'd happily run another, but only if it were given as a replacement/cheap etc
  4. Not quite sure how you mean, Ash 45mm is what I'd do if I had the chance...
  5. Cool stuff mate - you have a very watchable style, I approve greatly! Tune was good, editing was good, riding was good, so the vid was awesome, nice one
  6. £650 = budget Think again... Once I have wheels sorted, I'll have a full bike for under £100 with a bit of luck
  7. Looks lush. Front end looks rather low though (may just be me ) What stem is that?
  8. It won't be that colour for long - only until I have enough time and money to do the job properly
  9. Currently on a £400 model of the Vostro 1000, and very impressed for the money (AMD Athlon 64 X2 1.8Ghz, 1Gb RAM, 120Gb HDD, widescreen job etc) With a little more cash to customise, you'd be laughing (perhaps) Currently looking for something around £500-550 myself, if anyone has any suggestions while you're here!
  10. My cousts are run on a smooth as hell rim, and I was happily riding in the wet (pissing rain) the other day, and trusting the brake all the way
  11. 11 at Temple Meads I would imagine, seems to be the norm
  12. Also, Cousts are awesome, so therefore it must be you that is being shit...
  13. No pic no care boon... Let's see the damage!
  14. http://metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/today.asp?zipcode=plymouth See you tomorrow
  15. Weather's looking dodgy - will see what it's like in the morning
  16. Weather dependant, I may pop in tomorrow as it's looking a bit risky weather-wise to head to Taunton Mr Wood, PM me your number and I'll inform you of my whereabouts if I decide it may be appropriate for you to know
  17. That seems silly. Surely it'd make more sense to make the rim able to hold tyres a little better. I mean, it would require you to use slightly longer spokes, but no so significantly different that you couldn't get them, right? Anyway, it's not such a big issue it stops me riding it, so I guess Onza figured the same and that it was a decent compromise
  18. Jesus Boon! Next vid's gonna be awesome at this rate At least, the bails vid...
  19. The Onza Hog rims may well have a slightly smaller diameter then, not just my kit
  20. Ah balls Control is still in the garage, so if I decide I can't stick this, then it's there as an option should I need it Feels long/high, despite ony being 5mm more/less here and there, so we'll see
  21. I ran a set of Ashtons, and had no issues with them at all. They're pretty much the same shape etc as Fattys, so the length/rake etc is all nice on them, and they have (so long as you get the right model, as thenewer, and maybe older, versions had only 26" mounts) 24" and 26" vee mounts
  22. Fiat Red Orange on a red (browny) primer, but not enough coats... Up on Monday, so probably out at some point - will let you know Were previously DX32 (white) and D521 (also white), now DX32 (which I drilled out to 20mm or so) and a Hog
