  1. Either's good for me, Dave Alex, what's the plan now?!
  2. Probably be there I guess... Why's it wet, I want to ride?!
  3. Currently SD7 arms/lever, linear slic cabling, heatsink adaptors/backings, rock pad material and a viz carbon booster
  4. What the hell Boon?! Good stuff
  5. If I hadn't JUST got back from holiday, I'd consider tagging along as I need to pick some stuff up from home... Ride Bristol instead, we'll find some new spots...
  6. Stick to spacers, nothing wrong with 'em
  7. Don't bother Tubeless + low pressure = more hassle than it's worth Every time you pinch (ok, not so much on a dual ply tyre...) you tear the sidewall a little, and have to block the hole in order for it to repair properly There's not significant rolling speed for the latex to be evenly spread around the wheel to heal, so you have to faff lots Stick to a tube, it's far better
  8. Cool stuff Phil Site's looking good, though the images make it a touch slow to load at first, but the general appearance/style of it all makes up for it The stuff from London was even more nuts in reality, and the tyremarks at mini lloyds are still on the wall
  9. Haha, cheers It now features a nice selection of minor paint chips and a tyre mark up the side from Mat being an idiot... Tempted to add tiger stripes
  10. You'll be fine Seriously, if you don't bring it, you'll seriously regret it You'll be missing out bigtime Oh, and Rowan, I love you really...
  11. Bring the trials bike You will NOT regret it Give us a shout sometime (I'm away next week) and we'll hook up for some love
  12. Anyone coming to Bristol this year? Be good to see some new faces out and about, getting sick of the current bunch!
  13. Silent brakes *** Loundness is wank. Other than a solid freehub click and a little tyre noise perhaps, trials bikes should be silent...
  14. ...but please don't go to lengths of loud music AND blocked out surrounding noise. Getting run over IS NOT fun...
  15. Bigman ran an XTR carbon booster as he runs vees. However, this doesn't really help either way as vee adaptors etc all help add up to leverage for the brake, so will be different again to a maggie setup You should be fine to run it without a booster, but with will reduce the flex and protect the crossover. Often the performance can change slightly with a booster, as well as the feel, so try one out for a bit and see what you feel like.
  16. Run a stupidly short fork on it, and it would bring the BB down, wheelbase in, and tighten the head angle, giving you back the old one
  17. QUOTE(Ben b @ Sep 19 2007, 12:07 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Well my mate has used them ona smooth rim with some tar. Seems to me that it works wonders No shit...
  18. Silly geo too; Material: 6061 Al Wheelbase: 1095 mm Chainstays: 380 mm BB rise: +50 mm Head angle: 71.5 degrees Weight: 2100g Color: Matt Black Taken from http://jumpinbikes.ru/index.php?productID=628
  19. This has been on here a few times (maybe not that precise link, but the vid/s of Dupont etc, such as the "Out of Section" DVD etc) Still very cool though I'd say there were some things carried over from moto trials to it, but it's like anything really. Skaters have street skating, BMXers have street BMX, and now it seems the moto boys have SMX too It was only a matter of time
