Girls Jeans can no way be comfyer than Baggy Jeans. Just not possible. Think how comfortable Jogging Trousers are, they are baggy. Same with Pajamas ect. If you have a water Issue go to your Local Environmental Health Agency (local town hall/council will tell you where it is) and get an Environmental Health Officer to come around. (its free) They are there to prevent people being made to live in Housing that is unsafe for Human Habitation. This is also a Legal Clause in your tenacny Agreement. They will come to the House and do some tests, then file a report to your letting agency telling them what they have to do. I feel for you, im in the same Boat. 7 Months ago we started to get a mound Problem in our flat. All the ventilation systems stopped working, and damp was setting in. We told the Letting Agency and they came round and saw it. Just small amounts, not alot to Fix. ( i had also told them on day 1 that the vents didnt work, had an electrician confirm it) They decided to do Nothing, and it got to the Point where mound attacked everything. I lost a few coats, shoes and other clothes, my Air Rifle. My Mrs Lost her Guitar, Amp, Clothes and shoes, all because they got attacked by Mould and ruined. The Hall way wall got full of damp and is now falling down. So I got an environmental Health Officer to come over and he done a report, tested walls and vents. This report said that the Bathroom needed to be pulled out, the hallway wall repaired and vents fixed among other things. Unfortunatly our letting agency said they arent bothered and wont do any repairs. And then tried to Put Our rent up. So we are leaving the Flat (on thurs) and going private Let. That way we can talk to the property owner and not some idiots. Letting agents are only interested when they are reciving money. Good luck with your claim, and if possible see help from a lawyer, they will have alot more pull when talking to letting agents, and can throw good threats, which letting agents know they can keep to. *PS, if anyone knows any way I can get some compensation from My letting agents, Please PM Me*

Ah Damnit. Was driving along alot of country lanes Yesterday, and My car Was Absolutly Filthy. To The Point you couldnt see out. But it rained hard last night and most of it came off.

Alot of it stems from Skate Park Eticate. When you are riding a BMX in a skate park, and there is a few Kids on skates Constantly getting in the way youll get pissed off. Same with any sports that share a common ground. Unfortunalty its exactly the same as stereo typing. Because 1 group of people were being dicks, they are representing their sport and will make other people belive that everyone who partakes in that sport is like them. It wont ever end because differnt sports will never see eye to eye, and the common groud they share will allways be slightly swayed towards one perticular sport. Dirt jumps are a prime example. BMXers want short, steep high jumps, Mountain bikers want longer lower jumps. The best thing you cna do is represent your sport as best you can, allways follow the eticate of area your in and dont be a cock

You having a laugh arent you? Seem like you know 2 tenths of f**k all. Average Cambelt Life on an Engine is 40-60,000 Miles. Id love to see you get anywhere near that on a bike. Letalone put the stresses assosiated with running an Internal combussion Engine in there aswell. Gates Make some of the Strongest Belts on the Automotive Market. If a cam belt can survive 40,000 Miles on an Engine With anywhere up to 1000 BHP, then it can withstand some twat on a bike. Also Complete bollocks. Belts Do Not randomly slip on Engines and they are under massive tension. Basic Rule of thumb for cambelt instalation is the Tension it with 1" movement in the longest Part. Yes they can jump when worn, but again we are talking of running an Engine, not a bike. Im not even going to bother pointing out, again, how uneductaed and dumb some of you people are.

I am moving to a new Flat Next Month Which Has a BT Line. So am Looking at What good broadband Providers are out there. Im on Virgin 2MB At the Moment, which is a bit hit and Miss. Sometimes its good, sometimes slow. And It cant cope very well when im on my PC, and the other 1/2 is on her laptop. What im after is something With good consistancy in the speed, and can cope with 2 computers being online without bogging down. I do a fair amount of downloading aswell as playing games on Xbox 360 and PC. Seeing as the Flat has Sky alrady we were thinking of using that for Tv and noticed they do Internet aswell, is it any good? Im after something fater than we have, was looking at the Sky 16MB. I was told to look at http://www.top10-broadband.co.uk, and done a postcode checker and it says the top speed of my line is 6.5MB. Does that mean in tis area, or on this current conection? Dont want to pay for 16MB if im only going to get 6.

Went to a mates today to Help him fix His Bike. Hes a Real Old Skool rider (like me). Was repairing his 4 bolt mounts (helicoils) and Fitting a Headset. He needed 1 more Spacer so He could fit the Stem properly, but couldnt find any in his Garage. So we looked in his shed, in the corner of the garden. You know one of those sheds that never gets opened. Looking around we found an Old frame sat behind some bikes. (heres where it gets interesting) It was........... a Leeson Clear 660. This was one of the 1st frames Ever Made By Leeson For Chris Leeson, Who Gave It to Barry Huskinson, Who Passed it on to Dez (current owner) Still Had the Super Wide BB, StraightTorqueStays©, 360 Dropouts, Multi point Mech hanger and Seatpost Stub. You would be shocked To know how Expencive floor space at a show like that is. The MAD Arena Was a good size, enough to have two riders on the Course together. And I think the Location was pretty Good. Near the Entrance, at the Side (so you werent circled in by others) and Right UNderneath the Restuant Windows, so anyone eating could watch the Riders.
