yea i get you,, i wasnt sure if dreamweaver wud do that or not, but it is VERY obvious that i need to resize the images in photoshop or whatever and then put them into dreamweaver. silly program/me but it is the first time iv ever done any website work at all. so its all ok, i will sort that one when iv got some free time.. soon ! iolo

it is a tricky topic, BUT... if i had spent a huge amount of time getting this sorted, put in loads of effort, and spent loads of money.. then got my site online, and THEN just waited,, it would have been ages before some1 stumbled apon me. anyway, i really wasnt ramming prices and logos into your faces. and as fruitbat said, that in the future i may want a banner, well i did ask for one, but got told there might not be space, and then got no reply. but thats ok cos i kno people are busy.. please can people try understand that i am doing this alone, im not backed by a massive lump of cash, and at the end of the day, im just a guy who loves biking and making things ! sorry for annoying the people/person who did report it. iolo.

your probably not either leaning back enough, or kiking your pedals enough because your scared of falling over backwards and landing on your back. soo, lean back more, and pedal a bit harder, and it will work great, from there you will learn proper control and will b able to stay there as long as u want, (u may well fall onto your back learnign this) but come on, who cares, pain is temporary! make sure your back brak eis working well, and you should b fine, hope that helps.. iolo
