  5. Best advice to date, should sort you out for as long as needed lol Alun
  6. Yeah, as above, you're only young, muscles grow as you get older anyway. Try doing some freeweights (dumbells), just start with a lightish weight, and do some each night/morning/both, rolling your shoulders and lifting in every direction. DONT over do it though, you can really get hurt, and big muscles aint necessarily stronger, too big and you'll loose movement. Anyway, experiment, see what's comfortable and what works, and hope you get the results you want Alun
  7. Be more specific, do you mean your legs? Arms? Shoulders? And by power, do you mean brute force, or quick explosive power? Alun
  8. Get stoned It'll also wipe off most of the pain, then there will be lots to do, e.g eat for an hour (Deffinately possible, more than likely probable lol) , and of course sleep ahhhh mmmmmmm Should sort you out for something to do, and if you stop a few days before riding, you'll get really hyper and energetic and you'll be able to ride really well. Hope I've helped, Alun
  9. "pyfon" <<<< LMAO Alun
  10. I'd reccomend a front disk if you can afford one, they offer a lot more modulation, aswell as plenty of grip, look the dogs danglies too Alun
  11. Sweet pics, looks like a great ride too, is it colwyn? Best of all are the faces though! They make up for the riding... joke Alun
  12. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in Sweeden you ride with the rear brake on the right hand side of the bar, the opposite to us brits. Noticed your smileys ( (: ) are also the other way round to the british ones! ( ) How strange! The frame's looking good by the way, looks like you've done a decent job of painting it Alun
  13. Rear rim is absolutely gorgeous. What is it chrome or something? Does the brake work well on it? Alun
  14. Was going to suggest my little sister, no one would touch her and she would kick ass. But meh, Jacko's been introduced Alun
  15. Personally, I think a bashplate is best, even if it's only there just in case. To me, the weight is nothing, and it's centre and low anyway, so hardly noticeable. Handy for saving your frame, and I should think is easier to balance on, as well as having better grip. But you're not a real man unless you run one of these : Alun
  16. click products > rim brakes 2006 > HS33 download rim brake workshop manual 2006 ENGLISH click the link and follow the clicks, you should find an installation guide (chapter 6) hope I've helped Alun
  17. To preventeth rocking back and forth Alun
  18. Whats all this pants? Check out a REAL tentioner, boys1 : Alun
  19. Deffinately possible, but, why??! Would weigh more, Twice the chance of skippage. Cant think of any real advantages? Alun
  20. Personally, I type as I think the reader wants me to, and as he/she will understand me. For instance, on this forum, proper english, to make sure everyone understands, but if I'm texting a mate, much more likely for every single word to be 1-4 letters. As for people saying it ends up being slower, my personal opinion is it is quicker. In texts, you can cram much more information into a single text, also saving some money if you're tight like me! And if you look on MSN, when someone finishes typing good few scentences, it takes a whole minute or more sometimes, especially on slow computers. Shorter messages transfer much quicker. All an opinion Alun
  21. Seeing 'orchids' my MATE (I underline the MATE, it definately wasn't me, what gave you that crazy thought? :$ ) HE thought you meant flowers, I mean what a dumbass! Makes you wonder why on earth he opened the topic in the first place! Alun
  22. Well, technically, they have a better lock, but because of the larger diameter, the forces from ledges etc. are also greater, so I suppose this makes no difference. Inur, what are the figures measured in? Alun
