  2. Tried a fresh grind. Small improvement... brake still slips through under pressure. Also no "honk" .. just a swoosh
  3. Will keep the eyes pealed. Best of luck in a safe return!
  4. Higgor Torr. 2Omins outside sheffield
  5. That i do, Thanks for the advise!
  6. Magura clamps with metal washers! I shall try a fresh grind. Sadly I don't have a knackered metal cutting. But I have a stone version.. try That? When I had my first batch of ADM's they out performed my last set of pads. Cousts.. and yes the "real" ones. Heatsink yellows? Filth
  7. The pads are set up square to the rim only 2mm away from the rim. The TPA is hardly on either.
  8. Yeh, 2011 vversion thats always worked perfectly
  9. They've worn down 2/3mm already with bedding in on the street. No serious rides. Expected them to work by now if im being honest
  10. New disc. Tyre on. Brake is set up square & all tight
  11. Afternoon all. I have recently purchased some TNN adm refils. Installed as per the Instructions. Fresh grind using a 2.5mm metal cutting disc. Fresh bleed on the brake. Echo TR 24" Rear rim Rockman Radix frame - No booster. Now they just do not work. No honk, no bite or hold forward or rear. Next step is to clean the rim and pads with white spirits to see if anything has got on there (cant see how personally). Any help turning these pads on? The grind feels sharp/rough. Thanks in advance,
  12. Its around the Higgor Torr/Hathersage area, scattered around! Loved that Aaron, nice editing! Sam, what a little legend! Boy has skills!

  15. This is true. I did some testing for RimJam many many moons ago.. 2004 ish! And the pads themselves were rather good. Myself and CLS's ran the blues on the front, smooth rim.. divine! Never snapped a backing. Or saw 1 for that matter, but the clip did stretch massivly which resulted in uber pad wobbled and VERY un-even wear. However he did change the design from "Prongs" to an O-Ring. Cant seem to see which model they are. From Memory i believe Joe Maher had some sets aswell. They guy used to be a forum regualr.
  16. Yep. Im clearly the more talented better looking one!
  17. My missus is organising. Things are being finalised at the moment with people involved etc. Will be putting up a post soon.
  18. Disagree. Mine was a doddle.
  19. Additional Costs? never mentioned them haha... Here what i got. Brilliant, best tool i have ever bought! http://www.competitivecyclist.com/tacx-dynamic-carbon-assembly-paste - Bought from Je James for £6
  20. Thats an additional cost by the way. I bought a small Topeak torque wrench to install mine. Use the same settings that the Trial Tech carbon bars need to keep them under warrenty. 5N/M for Stem clamp and 4N/M for brake levers. Also got myself some carbon fibre installation paste to help reduce stress but increase the friction or whatever it does. Just thought if i was paying all that ££ for the bars i wanted to look after them, each to there own.
  21. Bonz do a 145 x 30 Stem. Could be easier to find?
  22. 150*30 or 165*35 are the norm. Running a 165*35 on mine. Coming from a MOD background, gives the same sort of riding style. !50*30 makes it ride more like a stock imo.
