  1. If you can get some detailed images. A laser cutting company could make you 1 from thin aluminium. You would just need to form / glue it to the tube yourself
  2. You can grind my rim. My brake is garbage
  3. Msg Ben on facebook, he'll reply quicker
  4. When I dropped from my 165*35 to a 150*30 the transformation was immense. Would recommend giving it a whirl. My fat albert is OK. I have had a few punctures. Just run a decent pressure. Incredibly bouncy.. not very gripy. Ok for street but dog shit on wet rocks.

  11. No. All it would process is the flat design. No chamfers/bevels. If you went I to manufacture it would need a secondary process. Alternatively you could get it completely cnc'd. But doing a 1 off would be stupidly expensive as at a minimum you would need 2 setups. Sadly at work we dont play wi alloy. Just structural steels and 304 / 316 stainless grades.
  12. Mines fine. Not very gripy on wet rocks but handles mega on street. I found some Maxxis Supertacky 42a compounds online.. tempted.
  13. I can take the dxf and give you a basic cnc code. Could even supply you with a blank out of mild / stainless steel if you wish. Process would be laser cut
  14. Not as simple as that. Depends on the controller the machine has. His cad package might no out put the right code. Also he wont have the parameters for the m/c. Ide warn your guy to expect a bump haha
  15. Hey guys. Thought I would drop into here and shed a little light and give you the back ground of the park and what exactly is the plan. Here is the Dexx Trials Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/DexxTrialsPark?ref=profile Laura and myself were approached by the owner of Dexx skate park (http://www.dexxskatepark.co.uk/ & https://www.facebook.com/Dexxskatepark?fref=ts) with his vue to build a venue to raise awareness in the sport and looking to the future host Club & National rounds. He spotted the work that Laura and her colleagues put into the Sheffield event with the help of numerous companies and organisations within the trials world, to open up the eyes & ears of the city of Sheffield to our sport. From the Facebook page you can see work is already under way. There is a large supply of tractor / machinery tires already been delivered with plans under way to bring many different obstacles into the park with an aim to challenge the trials community skill at the highest level. Here is a pre-vue of what was received as the first delivery; The land is currently being prepared to take on much much more (The space is actually huge) and more developments will be released on the Facebook page as they unravel. Many people are helping (not sure if I am aloud to name names so I will keep it quite for now) but they are various organisations and high ranking members through out the trials community. The guys over at Dexx are very ambitious and driven. I hope it works out for us all. Cheers, Craig
