  1. what is a wheelswitch? Is it when the front wheel is resting on the object already and you hop up to rear wheel? If so, what is it called when you transfer from front to back, like on a rail or something, like in the Tunnicliffe and CLS videos?
  2. this video has coolness in it. (Y) Looking forward to FTC 6
  3. I enjoy street, but that is also what I ride 95% of the time. Unfortunately, I have to drive an hour and a half to get to decent natural, although it is worth the trip. Riding natural definitely improves your skills faster than street. Its a lot more dificult when the angles aren't all ninety degrees. street definitely makes for better videos though, to watch at least.
  4. looks shit and overbuilt, looks more like a mototrials bike. Old Caisso>>>>>>>>>>>>>>new

    A Sidehop Pic

dece, dece not bad for a whippersnapper such as yourself. Back in my day, we didn't need all those fancy cones and bicycles to have fun.

    ..grips..

Thats what I'm currently using, but I'm not so sure about them. Lock on is good, never slip or anything like that, but I seem to have a hard time keeping the endcaps to stay in place. Also, the grips seem to wear out relatively fast, might look for something else next time I need new ones. :)

    T.m Show...

werdity to the repetitiveness. Its kinda cool, but doing it for every clip is unecessary. Riding not overly impressive, but it is a demo, people don't want to see you f**k up. music was good in the first one, what was it?

    Popularity

I agree. I think trials is gaining more participants simply because the population is growing. Percentage-wise, I don't think trials has any more people than before, before what I don't know. It does take a committment to do it though, that is the problem. Takes work and practice, not quick and easy enough for most folks. Media attention always helps. Plus, as the overall number of riders grows, the number of people that see the sport also grows, hopefully introducing more to it.
  16. Looks like someone had fun.
  17. it looks ever so nice. Have to see how it holds up once peeps start riding them.
  18. very nice bashy. ^_^
  19. My Pitbull is somewhere between 22 and 25 lbs I thinks. Haven't tried to make it any lighter. Then again, I don't do comps.

    How Often?

I cannot remember the last time I replaced a chain. Probably about a year, year and a half ago. The one I have now skips once in a while, hasn't on anything big yet. We'll see.

  23. that thing is the sickness, I need it.
  24. I just bested my previous biggest drop by two and a half feet the other day. It was wild. Took me a couple tries to land it. Sketchy too, off some playground equipment that wasn't too sturdy. Feeling good about that.
