Are any of them really easy to use like win movie maker? Just got the above one and it's not... I dunno what video codec/file/size/bitrate to use or any other confusing stuff it thinks I'm supposed to know? I just want to join two 550MB files in to one and output it so it's under 700MB so I can fit it on a disk? These files have been stuck on my desktop for ages and WMM won't let me import them? Half the time when I use these things I get a bigger file than the original and the quality is shagged? Files are... shit, I dunno, they have a quicktime icon?

Sorted! I noticed the piston had a really slight groove down one side, I lined it up with the line on the lever body where the two halves join and it worked fine. So for future reference, the piston chamber in not perfectly round, nor is the piston, they have to be aligned... dunno how it got twisted... the end!

All for future reference... The piston is incredibly tight when I try to get it back in the lever body, been advised to sand the piston slightly, lube it and try again. Thanks to Adam and Ali for all the advise as well!

In the process of doing that now mate. There was some gunk in there, but nothing to bad. God I hope this works! ...anyone still sell 04 levers? (he says without checking)

Looking for a little more advise please! I forced some fluid through the system with the grub screw still in place, the lever/piston moved out, all looking good. Did another bleed to be safe, pulled the lever and it didn't come back at all, now that is weird cause even when there is air in the system the lever returns. Did the same thing all over again this time putting a bit of lube on the piston area... same result, lever/piston did not return ie: brakes locked on? I'm stuck... help!

Thanks for the help! I'm gonna force some fluid through the system with the grub/lever screw left in, see if I can't force the piston out and do another bleed?

It's like the piston doesn't come out enough, put a bit of lube in there but still the same. That is 5mins after a fresh bleed? Works fine (no leaks) with the TPA wound in loads but I like things to work perfectly.

After bleeding my brake last week (TPA wound out while bleeding!) I noticed I have to wind my TPA in quite a bit to get rid of any play in the lever. What is going on / how can I fix it? I'm feeling a bit stupid today and I have never taken a lever apart (or really want to) to see what's going on, all I know is it never used to be this bad? Youtube Video -> Original Video

Doing that roll before a gap thing... bloody mystery that one, how can you not roll when you let the brake off and give it some? (22:18 ratio) I watch people do massive gaps and I just don't get it? Pinch gap... you still let the brake off and give it some yeah? I should be riding right foot forward, what a mistake that was choosing my crappy left. I can pedal kick fine with my left (quick stab), but it acts like a spastic when I want to try the pedal up technique = rotation of cranks and then power. ...resulting in me having the idea of changing my brake levers around... rear is right etc! (oh what a f**k up :$ ) Probably more, but I'm depressing myself!

I once used an old bmx stem to clamp the hose, was a total bodge but got the job done. Heated the tip of the hose with boiling water plus a little washing up liquid for lube?
