I 100% think you should get the evo2 system its so much easyer than them bloody elbows! The beauty of it is that they come free with any new hs33/hs11 and as most people use 4 bolt mounts they just chuck them in the draw/toolbox and forget about them, so ask on the for sale section for any people have stored away. I have 2 of the mounts but not the evo seteruper.

Might be different for you. But i cant get insured on any car older than 1996 the insureance is just too high, i put this down to the insureance company thinking more will go wrong with a old car and that a 17-19 year old lad will thrash it, where as you would keep better care of a new car.

I didnt want to use them but they messed there price up on the website. So i got the bike for £649 not £699 also they gave me a free carbon booster. But all in all they got the bike to me in 3 days so i cant complain.

Imma get rid of mine not sue to this thread, i only have like 1.5mm each side of the rim for the magura pads its doing my head in so ill get a skinnyer rim.

Most definatly says ronnie on the spec though. But still is a hog rim that weak? it folded like a deck chair! Edit: Just read you post wayne, its a 2" wide not deep.

Hello everyone. I supect i have been sold a fake onza ronnie rim from trialsshop.co.uk. I bought a onza t-rex spec 2 from them about 2 months ago perhaps a bit less, which as you might already know comes with a ronnie rear rim and hog front rim. When i got the bike i looked at the "ronnie" and thought to my self that's a big wide ronnie(having previously owned one on my old bike) but i shrugged it off as nothing, then on sunday i did a 2ft drop and buckled it! having no knolege of reparing wheels i took it to my matey at my lbs and he tru'ed it up for me. When i went and picked it up today he told me id put a 2" flat spot on it. Now to me this sounds out of character for a ronnie rim my old one tool loads of abuse and stood up to it all. So i checked on tartybikes at the spec of a ronnie rim this is as it goes... 38mm wide mine is 48mm wide 15mm braking surface mine had a 17mm surface Mine does have eyelets like the ronnie but doesnt have the 2 ridges at each edge. Personaly i think ive been done by trialsshop.co.uk i think they have offloaded a lookylikey rim onto me. Anyone else got a spec 2 t-rex with a ronnie same as mine?

Its a Cramp mate I got my fingers stuck in a disk sander(a big static one not a portable one) took all of my finger nails off 2 on each hand.
