its soo annoying, me and my mate were talking about racism walking down the street. then a coloured person was walking quite close to us, so we had to tone down our voice incase they thought we were being racist. we obviously weren't being racist but i guess they could have thought we were. it pisses me off :@

must say that a thread has to be cut into the aluminium to put the helicoils in, so it isnt really that much stronger. i would go with a steel frame and post mounts myself :)

they use jigs to hold the tubes in place, instead of holding them with their hands (Y) ' anyways, good luck with frame. i want to make one too, but cant be arsed going to b and q to get holesaws etc.. and i need to be able to weld tubes too (Y) might practice today a bit as i probs wont be riding much :) ta Will

just make sure the lockring part is off before trying to take it out. it shouldnt be stiff then?

just araldite the lockring into the crank, let it set, then take the pedal off as usual (Y) simple

yer, mine did this exact same thing :P profile should be able to fix it at dirt cheap prices like they did for me :) u will need a hub body and ratchet ring, but i got a complete hub basically because everything was soo fecked :)
