  1. its like if you re-heat milky coffee in the microwave. it settles in layers in the cup, then u bung it in the microwave and it heats up, but the different layer heat up different amounts, then as you pull the mug out, the different temperature react with each other :S :)
  2. im after a rear disk hub that is 135mm spacing that is compatible with screw on type cassettes. anyone know where i can buy one? or better still, a 110mm spacing rear screw on type disk hub :S thanks Will

  6. that still doesent recify my problem you see :sick: i have just bought an old skool hope rear brake: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...y0%3D%26fvi%3D1 and i want to get a lever with a smaller piston to produce more power (it has a 10mm piston with it atm) i could go with a hope mini lever (8mm) but its an open system and i dont know whether it will work with that caliper? thanks Will

  10. take the right hand side out half way, then screw in the left side in 3/4 of the way, then tighten the right side, then finnish by tightening the left. that should sort it :-

  20. woo, mine came off, just wack the cog in a vice and twat the crank(with a bit of handlebar grip on for protection) with a hammer :- i think its the sudden bang that loosens it, not excessive leverage (Y)
