mk3 Golf was a 1.4, was very sllloooooow, uneconomical and had dodgy brakes which failed not a good start...lol ahh well, had 4 cars since then and they're getting better

im looking to do all of these comps, i easily have the technical ability to do the red routes, but my fitness is absolutely appauling, something i dont usually worry about when riding! anyone got any tips for getting my trials related fitness up to scratch? ta!

this summer i have (so far ) planned: banger run from here to portugal (where you have to do it in a car you bought for 100 quid ) then whilst in portugal, stay with a mate from uni for a week or two and go to a few races with him. and as for riding, i want to go to one of the big trials parks in europe, not too sure which yet!
