Well that was another thing i was going to have to look into im not sure on how i would go about buying it either since i currently rent my own place. I think for me to get it myself i would need to have lived with my parents for a year then i have the right to purchase it with the discount aswell. Could i for instance say i was buying the home for my parents but put the mortgage in my name? any details on going through my parents to buy the property would be great

The way it works i think since my parents have been council tennants for x amount of years they get such a big discount off purchasing the house. Theres still alot i need to look into but i wont be living there would still be the parents for many years to come it would just be an investment for later in life. But i earn plenty over the 25k so this shouldnt be a problem for getting my own property. I had a feeling it would have to be a buy to let after speaking to towler a while ago about this. Right so i may possibly be able to buy the parents house on the cheap up to 75k off i believe or 60 percent. This seems a decent investment for later in life since the rents have no interest in buying the house. shall be finding out more about price ect tomorrow. Been at cnc machining for the last 6 years making parts for offshore side of things bops ect. Cant complain really east money and pays well. Done some edgecam and part modeller work also and plenty of different machines and controls. Mazak integrexs heidenhain and fanuc controlled machines milling and turning. Offline programming u can pretty much make anything pretty cool to see.

Yeh the 8v atb have software update that raises the power and torque a fair margin.i was a bit shocked at the 365bhp have no idea on turbo ect the car is using though

After doing some googling new s3 gets just shy of 370 ponnies from a stage 1 remap. This and the new golf r could shape up to be some really capable motors if this figures are true guessing full tbe, intake and cooler and car should be good for into the 400s

Talking of s3 anyone driven a audi with tip tronic? If so how is it i absolutly loved dsg and thinking of upgrading car next year possibly new s3 or rs3 is quite tempting also. Diesels aint no fun

As said if your contract is out then just give them a call and they will do it if not pretty sure any sort of repair phone shop ect will sort u out for a small fee
