So guy pulled out of selling his evo so still been on the hunt for a car. Been reading up a fair bit about mazda rx7 and i think i can live with the engine needing rebuilt every so often bearing in mind all maby do about 3k a year tops. Seem quite good for the track also which is a winner and rwd which could be fun. From what i gather service plenty keep oil topped up and theres a few mods to keep them that bit more reliable. Thoughts? Need a new hobby in life so about to possibly take the plunge on a mates evo 6 with a few mods. Has 79k on the clock and will come with a years mot and 6 months road tax. I plan on stripping it and just using it as a track car at weekends ect. anyone owned 1 and got any tips for what to watch out for and any must mods for tracking it?

anyone been before? Im thinking of heading to this years always fancied grand prix and might aswell get a holiday out of it also. Any tips on places to stay or just general things to do in singapore? thinking maby 7 days there so we can do other things to keep the misus happy shes been dragged along. Also which would be the best stands to be in im not a massive f1 fan by any means just an experience i can tick off the list.

anyone in the know about carbon fibre. Im on the hunt for a vented carbon bonnet. 2 places i have been in touch with 1 charging 1200 but with delivery and import it comes close to 2k and another uk based company are away to release 1 at £1900. These prices to me seem an absolute piss take i was hoping to spend something closer to 1k. Are these companys trying to have my pants down with these prices. My mate got a full carbon bonnet made up for around 500.

Got 1 on order. Put down a deposit to gurantee a build slot. delivery is june 11th. Down end of march to lock in the final spec i want the car to be then. Its just playing the waiting game

so i can get a fairly good price for the audi been offered 19k so gonna try and squeeze 1k dealer contribution towards new car to offset thw balance to clear on my car. Decided on spec i am after just colour choice to decide im either up for red, all black or white?

Went to merc today to get some figures for a a45 amg. Weather was crap so going back tomorrow to have a gander round 1 and start up ect. Delivery sucks a bit would have to wait till june and need to see about getting rid of the audi other than that could be putting down a deposit next friday .

Well thats the reason i would have to look into going through my parents or 1 other way i can think round it would be to put my name back on the house for a year the i think am entitled to buy it with the discount. This is just an idea i had still alot to look into. Just wanted some advice from others who had maby gone down this route. Nah no kids too young for that lol
