The "screw" on the driveshell which the ring drive rests on needs to be well lubed. If that's dry or just has WD40 on it (which is useless), the hub won't engage properly. I've been running mine on a few drops of Mobil 1 engine oil, hasn't skipped once.

You mean you can't get the air out? Get the angle of the lever right, the master cylinder needs to fill up before the water goes through the hose to the calipers.

that pretty much sums it up for me. i understand you being slightly put off by a girl who smokes and doesn't get on with female friends, but what's up with the other one suddenly becoming unattractive? if you did find her attractive, it's probably just a (temporary?) state of mind. i wasn't too fond of my ex's appearance when i first met her, fell in love with her character and then one day i woke up and found her beautiful. my mates thought she was stunning but she wasn't my cup of tea at all. kind of weird but i just changed in a matter of a day or two. personally, i'd probably have lower standards if not for that relationship. on one hand it pisses me off that i knew such a lovely girl because now my standards are ridiculously high, on the other hand it was a great time being with her. since then i've literally forced myself into finding some girls attractive - just for the sake of having a different girlfriend and seeing how it's like - but it's no use. think of it as getting used to an mgf or crx and then having to drive around in a 126p (google it). no matter how hard you try, you'll never like it. meh, took me over half an hour to write this, i'm hopeless. edit lol, this wasn't here when i started replying True, especially the silent treatment - it drives them nuts. Does anybody on this forum find it difficult to get a girlfriend because most girls: -are too thick -boring as hell -or ugly -have no hobby -want us to spend all our time with them -think sports are tiring -sit around doing nothing -are constantly on a diet and love talking about it -or don't like to talk and are dead serious about everything etc.? I'm not that surprised really, every time I return from the UK and drive into Poland, I'm shocked at how bad the roads/drivers are here. And I mean shocked. I've had Hognesiums (the same as Mg-1) and I wasn't too happy with them. The pins tear out really quickly and you can't replace them without drilling a hole right through and screwing a normal screw in. The metal is soft and easy to damage and while they did offer incredibly good grip for the first few months, they soon made big holes in my shoes which reduced the grip significantly In terms of weight they're amazing but if you've got the money, spend it on the new Koxx pedals. They weigh just over 300g and the way the pins are mounted seems more reliable.

That's the perfect tyre, in every way. The only problem being that you can't get them anymore. Any other reviews of the Big Betty?

Tartybikes will service the hub for you. As for changing the colour, you could just get a new hubshell. They cost $90 new from aspirevelotech, expedited shipping is about $10.

Before you get a PDA, check out it's general performance and don't go by figures because they don't mean anything. I've got a Qtek 9000 (supposedly 520mhz) and it takes a good 5 seconds to answer a call, it's slow with texts and in general it takes ages to load anything. So as a phone, it's utterly useless but in other aspects it's a great thing to have. And if you intend to play videos, go for a 320x240 screen. Very few PDA's can actually cope with VGA video, so the higher the resolution of the screen, the worse the performance will be. Pictures look good in QVGA, having VGA in such a small screen is comparable to a 12" HD monitor - so it's pretty pointless.

That's utter bs man. $340 is the price for a 30 pound box sized 45/15/15" by Global Priority mail (1-3 business days) $75 is roughly how much you will pay for shipping of the wheels by EMS (3-5 business days) Indeed if you'd want to send the bike in one parcel, it would cost a hell of a lot more so why not send it in two parcels. I think they just don't want to send overseas or have no idea about what they're talking about. Edit: or ~$600 for the lot shipped by FedEx priority

I fully agree with that. What I meant was that if he's only got problems with one of his wrists, it can't possibly be the handlebar setup. Maybe I'm missing something, but if your handlebars are at a strange angle, you'll have pains in both your wrists?
