it looks prety? which means everything. i'd consider them cause there a bit different, if i could afford them is another matter however i'm sure people will buy them on he ground of them being extra pimp.
care for individual pictures of rims with respective wieghts, drillings wheel sizes please? also, without annoying a bike shop, would you be doing a genuinley ultimate build-up, with avids/hopes new onza rims, light forks, etc?
your clamps might not be tight enough? sounds like the slaves are sliding through the clamps? tighten the bolts more, otherwise, try bleeding your brake could be air in the hosing being squashed
there not avids, they look similar to the helfraud ones? i would consider buying the DD just to get my mod fix, a new set of bb7s and a tensile would make it full of win
most things are poor unless you pay though, you can do a decent vee brake for under the cost of a magura [don't quote me on that for definate] but when you consider all the effort you have to put in for setting up a magura [grind/pads] normally vees seem to come with decent pads anyway. hhmn i'm rambling i'm not to big on vee-facts. i run dual cable disks my front brakes being a bit shity but rear bb7 with 200mm rotor the hold is rediculous and the ability to adjust the feel of the brake [pad positioning an pull ratio] means i can have the brake feeling how i want and it's nice + quiet which makes my riding feel smoother. edit: this sidehoping badly will kill your disk rotor is bullshit to if you have a decent rotor [hope or avid] especially avid 'cause there a bit thicker, you won't do shit to it if you land on it. i'm a prety heavy guy and i've not bent mine, and if your sidehoping properly/normally, you should be landing at an angle to the wall, not perpendicular so catching your rotor just doesn't happen
