Strip it and take off the paint but don't polish it just leave it in a dull silver type effect then just spray on some laquer (sp?) looks swish! Start with: a vice, a crank puller, a freewheel tool, possibly a freind/dad, an almighty gurn* Pop off the crank arm, fit the f.w tool in the vice lock the f.w onto the vice and use the crank for extra leverage *insert gurn here* (friend/dad usually helps) and spin it off *optional, but it helps

I was the only rider in my village for a while although two other lads have started now (i havent seen of them in a while though ) riding on your own get's a bit frustrating but at least people don't get in the way
